It helped me reach my target weight safely and with regular support & follow up from the assigned GP for my case. Very easy communication (i.e. booking consultation & follow up) so straightforward. Absolutely recommended for health care support.

I ordered a 6 month prescription
I ordered a 6 month prescription, was told I could only get 1 month until I did a blood pressure test. I did the blood pressure test and send it to you, was told the doctor had approved it. Yet, when I went to the pharmacy I was told again that I had to do the blood pressure test again. .
Health Hero got in touch with me and explained there was no reason for the pharmacy to refuse to give me my prescription, as they were informed the doctor had approved it. They got in touch with the pharmacy themselves and fixed this issue for me!
I am amending my review to reflect the good customer service I received and how quickly this issue was fixed.
It is much appreciated on my side!
