Fantastic service & good looking tub

Fantastic service from start to finish! We had to change our installation date, and Katie in the office was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made rearranging everything really easy.
A big thank you also to Tony and Neal, who carried out the installation. They arrived early and were both extremely friendly, polite and professional. They took the time to explain how the hot tub works, including the controls and everything we needed to know, which was really appreciated.
The whole experience has been excellent, from dealing with the office through to installation.
We’re absolutely delighted with our hot tub and would highly recommend the company to anyone considering one.

Tony and Leighton were very knowledgeable guys and took time to take us through all the necessary information to ensure we enjoy our hot tub. They were really helpful and left everywhere clean and tidy. H2O were very helpful when we went to the shop and helped guide us through the process of owning a hot tub and what would be appropriate for our requirements.

First time hot tub owners
We had Aaron and Lee come to install and deliver out hot tub. They arrived around the time slot, were friendly, treated my property with respect . They took time to explain the different jets, lights and settings.

Great experience from the team all round. No hard sale, Pauline was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
Katie was great with the delivery organisation and Ty and Neal on the day of delivery made the whole experience effortless.
Highly recommend and we’re miles away in Devon but didn’t choose local so that speaks very itself.

Tony and Leighton were brilliant. They asked which side i wanted the lift lid making sure the room alocated for the tub was right and positioned for access to drainage and connectivity. Tye and Neal are professional in their approach, they explained the process of the install, they cracked on and had the tub filled and ready in no time then ran through the various chemicals and maintenance requirements.
