The food is good and delivery fine but once you have a problem and need customer service, you will get very poor service that amounts to no service at all.

Gurkerl are one of the best customer service focused companies I have had the pleasure to use in the recent years.

They focus on ensuring you are 100% happy with every order.

Having used them for 3-4 months now (doing maybe 6-8 orders a month) I find the extra service really good value for money.

For me it’s not only the most trusted food service app but the most trusted company for me in Austria full stop.

In addition: I also really appreciate that they have a fully English app and support system!

I’ve been using this company for a few years and I have always been extremely satisfied. Their customer service is excellent, delivery guys are super friendly, nothing is a bother for them. And the product quality is fantastic.
I also love how they are into supporting the environment.

Gurkerl has a decent selection (better than some supermarkets) and competitive prices. Unfortunately, my order never arrived and was subsequently cancelled by gurkerl.

I ordered and selected a time frame, received two text messages informing me about delays. Subsequently I received an email telling me that I need to arrange for a new delivery appointment as the driver didn't find me at home as the door and staircase number was missing. However, there is only one main entrance, only one stair case and my door number was included and correct. Same goes for the correct storey. After emailing gurkerl and informing them that I would like to see my delivery today before 6 as initially agreed, they cancelled my order and initiated a refund without consulting me. Not a great experience and poor customer service.

My groceries are always fresh. I also love the short delivery time and the personalized feedback from the customer service team at Gurkel. I hope Gurkel continues this way. ♥️

I trust them 100%. My father, who is abroad, offered to treat me by ordering groceries online. The orders online worked with his foreign visa card too, which was really nice! The order came exactly on time, and the delivery guy was nice. The fruit and veg was very fresh, and the (raw) chicken was high quality. Some items may be more expensive than in-store, but it is definitely worth it. On my second order (again a treat from my dad) I had a 10eur voucher for local items. It was really nice and everything came again perfectly with a nice delivery person. Even the sourdough bread was fresh.

Top service, top quality and really good prices.

I have been using Gurkerl for food delivery for almost two years. Their prices are in line with supermarket prices, the produce is of an excellent quality, especially the fresh produce, and their website is clear and easy to use.

The delivery drivers, without exception, are polite and helpful. An added bonus is that a selection of Marks and Spencers and Britwurst are also available.

I will continue to use Gurkerl and would recommend it to anyone who is planning on having food delivered.
