Racist Employee

There is an employee in this branch who apparently a racist. She doesn’t care about privacy. Always checks my bags when other people also in the line and have backpacks. Same thing happened to my husband as well. She is old, wear glass. It happens all the time when she is in the cash. Felt so cheap and never going again..

Review for Billa Plus, Annenstraße 65, 8020 Graz – Exceptional Service by Mario on 11th June

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional support I received from Mario at Billa Plus on 11th June. From the moment I approached him with my query, his response was not only prompt but also carried a genuine willingness to help – something that truly stood out.

In today’s fast-paced world, we often tend to highlight negative experiences, forgetting to acknowledge when things are done exceptionally well. While many believe it is simply someone's "job" to offer assistance, I firmly believe how that support is extended makes all the difference. Mario's courteous, solution-oriented, and professional approach went well beyond the standard expectations of customer service.

I do not feel the need to elaborate on the specifics of my query; what truly matters is Mario’s behaviour, his positive attitude, and the remarkable after-sales support he extended. His conduct speaks volumes about his character and work ethic.

He truly deserves to be recognized, and I would happily call him “Super Mario” – not just for his name, but for the outstanding way he handled my situation.

Thank you, Mario, for turning a regular visit into a memorable customer experience!

As a person who have lived in Austria…

As a person who have lived in Austria for 2 years I can honestly say that Billa is the worst option you can choose for groceries. It’s extremely expensive, comparable to prices of Denn’s Biomarkt, but lower quality and service. They get you with EXTREM AKTION which makes them seem cheap, but 9/10 times the price you pay doesn’t match what they advertise. Either you have to wait in line again and explain it to them, or you have to accept they steal from you. I usually go to Hofer instead, but sometimes I have no choice. From now on I will never set foot in Billa again. They’re absolutely horrible.

Good evening

Good evening, I regularly shop at the Billa Plus store in the city of Hainburg. I regularly go to this Billa Plus store and have a minimum of about 1000 euros a month. Today, 21 October/9.30am, I was literally shocked when I made a purchase. The cashier scanned my 170 euro purchase very quickly , I paid, but because I was only with my daughter, who is 6 years old, it took me a little while because there are 2 full cables. He started to get angry as he walked through the cash register behind me, why was it taking so long and yelled at me several times. Cashier she watched silently, why am I stopping him with his 40-euro purchase, which he just made there. What is your opinion on this situation? The checkout is the place where we compete to see who will be the first, and the purchase that I make in the bag will be messed up and invalidated?

Extremely bad customer support

The employees in our Billa shop always charge the wrong price at the cash desk. Once I noticed it only when I was at home. I contacted customer support and they did nothing. I sent them many emails and they did literally nothing. I never saw such a bad customer support

Price scandal

Good variety of products, but prices lately are going over the roof. I am visiting Billa plus just for specific things to buy, so I am aware about the price deviation. In particular, yesterday I bought once more the greek yogurt Mevgal 1L. As to my shocking surprise, not only price went up 20 cents but the quantity was reduced by 25%!!! In other words, Billa Plus got from supplier, yogurt of 750ml and not 1L and the price at the same time increased for the smaller packaging! This is outrageous, I guess Billa plus consider their clients foolish and naive or very rich that they would not care about this kind of price crimes!! I can understand some price increase due to current circumstances, but this approaches more to black market conditions! Total shame!!

Rudeness

Rudeness. price fraud. very bad music in the store. the guards are rude, there are beautiful saleswomen a small plus. Only one cashier is open at all times. queues always. rotten products. one star no more. I'm sorry but I couldn't keep quiet anymore
