It gets worse and worse

It gets worse and worse - they still have not replied to my email and message about the first box which was very poor in quantitiy and quality. For example, the potatoes were green and black and not fit for human consumption. But you have to have one more delivery when they should pick up their old plastic box (which they value at €10 ie about 500% of what it is worth - like they value the produce in fact),

So you might expect them to make an effort and persuade me to change my mind?

But not this company whch is a triumph of marketing over the facts - they haven't delivered at all today. Their ap says they will their email says they postppone. Their communications are horrrendous. They just will not reply. They do not seem to care,.

Avoid them

Avoid them. The idea is kind of nice, but the implementation is not. They provide mixed quality, sometimes rotten stuff and definitely not worth the price. Like some apples and cabbage for 25 EUR that can be bought in billa for like 10. So cancelled the subscription.
But last week they begin to write letters saying that they renewed everything please come back. They even sent a box, now with quite nice vegetables. How thoughtful. I seriously considered to come back, but now they charged the unordered delivery. Which is not very nice to put it light.

Beware!!

This company could in improve in any way.
The communication is miserable, the products come too late or never and they always give you standardized answers.
This is the third time I ordered, 50 Euro value, three weeks ago... No answer, no produce, a nightmar and sooo annoying.

Beware!!!!Mouldy and rotting products!!!!!!!

If you like stress then order them you will like it because this company will stress you out in many ways.First of all you won’t have any clue when your order will arrive until finally, out of the blue you will get the email that they will come on the following day. Then they send you a time intervall when your order will arrive- they arrived more then 3hours later. Then you got your order, and you have to throw out at least the half of the products, 1 of the item has mold on it- what does this mean? That the other products will have also mould on them just you cannot see it yet…. This was my first and lats order. This is unacceptable, dangerous and definitely not a value for money in any means. Basically they round up the total weight with the cheapest item they can, so basically the half of our order was apples.
Also be aware that they delete negative comments from their Instagram.NEVER EVER ORDER AGAIN!!!!!!And the customer service is just useless and they do not even answer your call. So untrustworthy, unprofessional company!

I was not satisfied with the quality of plums, salads, cabage, bananas, content of box, communication.

I was not satisfied with the quality of the fruits and vegetables. They always came dried out and not fresh. I really do not need 3 dry and bitter salats and cabbage in 1 delivery. Another time dry and soft peaches. Now again dry salad, smushed plums black bananas, which are together with grep surely regional. After first delivery I unsubscribed and they still keep bringing the boxes although I notified them by e-mail.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. They sent me a box that I haven't ordered and they knew that they would not be able to send me the one I wanted.
After canceling the subscription they keep trying to charge my account, although I haven't ordered anything and keep writing me reminders.
Three phone calls with them did not fix the problem either.
Nice idea but horrible implementation. Cannot recommend buying from this company at all.

I really like the self service, idea and effort.

I really like the self service and delivery time. It’s very convenient and helpful. However I would only take one star off due to fruits not being ripe (it’s not easy to manage perfectly of course)
The service is fantastic and I’m happy to be a member. Thank you for this wonderful idea and doing it.

I really like their idea but the…

I really like their idea but the quality was very poor, unreliable deliveries and surely overpriced.
Also customer service could be improved.
I am sorry to say this as I really believe the project has lots of potential.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever.
My last box had to be delivered in a paper box so they could return their plastic box. of course they delivered it in plastic.
Delivery was one day late, even that day they arrived 2 hours later than promised.
The delivery guy called me to ask for my door number - even though they have all the details - and still left the box downstairs by the mailbox!!!

Unable to use the "forget password" feature, no email with a new password comes. No one ever responds to support emails... The last shipment contained less vegetables than it should have, and the quality was very disappointing, half of the vegetables and fruit we were supposed to save ended up in the trash...

Generally a nice experience. Great idea with good impact to the environment

The vegetables and fruit that arrive in my house are very fresh. I am happy with the price and the quality. The concept is great. The reason that I am putting 4 stars is that I am still concerned about the service. I am ordering 1 month now and one time the fruits were not great. It was raining so I can blame that too but I was expecting something better than a sorry in my email that I sent. Anyway, I received today and everything is well. It is a beautiful idea food for the environment and I hope everything will go perfect later too. I am vegan so it's perfect for me. I am ordering 10 kg every week. Have a beautiful journey in your business!

Not a subscription, but "forcible surprise delivery" box

tl;dr: It's a fantastic concept on paper, and I wish it had worked out as advertised. But the information on the website was not just misleading but plain wrong and customer service is appalling.

The information regarding delivery time on their website indicated the weekday of delivery could be found inside the custome portal after completing the order. I was naive and did order, but no such information could be found in my customer portal. Upon inquiry customer support told me they were unable to tell me what day my box would be delivered on - not just for the first delivery, but indefinitely. Since I need to know when I'l have fresh produce to meal plan and mak time for batch cooking I cancelled my subscription.

This is when it became bizarre. The customer agent let me know they would deliver one final box in cardboard to pick up their reusable box. I let him know I didn't have a reusable box yet and was making use of my right of withdrawal. This was on February 22nd - well before the projected delivery time of February 26th to March 3rd.

I did not receive any further communication until March 2nd when I received an automated email informing me that my box would be delivered on that day between the times of 1:15 and 3:45 pm. Needless to say it was delivered an hour after that time slot and not placed where I had specified delivery location in my order. Instead it was placed outside on the curb where I found it on the next morning - the vegetables obviously looking decidedly wilted by that time.

No attempt had been made to meet me and retrieve the elusive "reusable box" I obviously didn't have.

I can not stress enough how - even aside from the incredibly rude customer service - this mode of delivery is beyond impractical. I can not make responsible use of fresh vegetables that arrive at my doorstep with minimal warning.

So far, I am very happy with my veggies box (for 1-2 people) both in terms of quantity and quality, would definitely recommend it to anyone concerned about food waste.
