Service was good. Only drawback was the amount of paper used in packing all of our goods.

Although the move became challenging due to inactive goods lifts at both locations, the team remained positive and continued working with a smile and great attitude. Their perseverance and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

My whole experience with Grace was exceptional. My first contact was with Vlad who did the quote. He was extremely helpful and efficient. The packers and moving team were courteous and very hard-working. I added the valet unpacking service and would highly recommend it to anyone.I will definitely be using Grace for any future move.

Nick and the team from Grace: did a great job and moved our company over 2 weeks. The lift was fast, efficient and the team looked after our move with care. They were very discreet and quiet through out the office - We thought there would have been a lot more noise – but hardly knew they were there. After the team moved into their desks easily with no issues at all. We could not have been happier.

The movers were punctual, polite, and there were no issues with any of the items moved. Thank you for a seamless transition between our offices it really makes things easier for our staff.

Our recent uplift/relocation works went extremely well. The team just got on with the work despite the building difficulties, and made it happen on short notice too. The whole process was quick and seamless, we look forward to working with Grace again in the future 😊

The team turned up on time, needed very little supervision. Before leaving premises made sure we did a walk through for any items missed. At the end where furniture is being stored, they stacked everything ensuring plenty of room to move ensuring easy access for our future projects to choose the furniture they need.

We had a wonderful moving experience with the team, and I can’t express how much we appreciated their professionalism, efficiency, and accommodating nature. Their attention to detail, care with our belongings for the move, and overall positive attitude made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and seamless. It was clear they take great pride in their work, and it absolutely showed throughout the entire move. Communication was excellent and accurate through the whole process of our move. All went to plan on time and delivered to budget. Supervisor Ryan in which I was dealing with was a pleasure to work with. Always responded to my calls within an acceptable time frame.

All of the teams from today 17/04/2025 and last month on 27-28/03/2025 were amazing, they were polite, friendly and very professional (absolute geniuses at playing Tetris!)
