The process is easy and straightforward, however, it doesn't allow for you returning one day and picking the car up the following day. So fast track passport control, on return, shows the wrong date.

I always use Gatwick parking as it is very convenient, easy to book and you know that you’re not going to have to wait too long for a shuttle bus to the terminal. I walk away from the car knowing that it is safe and secure.

Extremely easy to book online and easy to access/exit. Excellent location with frequent shuttle service to the terminal. Safe and secure - we've never had a problem and would definitely recommend.

Extremely easy to use
Extremely easy to use. Drop off was very well organised as was the pick up. Only a two minute walk into the terminal building and the same when arriving back at Gatwick. It isn’t cheap but worth the extra for the convenience and excellent service.

Good value for money
Everything was really easy. Although we didn't realise that it is somewhat like a valet parking. But nonetheless, it was fine.
My only complaint is the bus transfer. They said it was every 15 minutes but we waited over half an hour for the next one. Loads of other long stay parking transfers had driven past and ours was still not coming. When we queued at the bust stop there was no one else waiting and when the bus came it was packed.

Whenever we for a family holiday we always choose Gatwick airport and their parking is so much better for us cos is closer to drive and cheaper than taking the train. Available Buses inside the parking area to take you and to the airport and back to the parking after your holiday.

Free amendment claim not true
Free cancellation/amendment advertised at time of booking, however when departure flight time changed (5 hours earlier) booked price was not honoured as it had increased and new higher price was applied. Gatwick hide behind the fact that they didn't charge an amendment fee - only a price difference. A surefire way of discouraging early booking as flight times do change (as an airport they know this).

Avoid Gatwick Airport Parking
Avoid Gatwick Airport Parking – Extremely Unfair!
Their camera failed to recognise my number plate despite having a valid pre-booked reservation, leaving me to reverse onto a double red line. I was then issued a PCN, and my appeal was rejected.
How is a customer supposed to be penalised for a failure of their own system? The whole experience feels completely unfair and raises serious concerns about their practices.
