Do not use Prime Meet and Greet Gatwick. They returned my car filthy inside and litter was left in it. They also overcharged me £2 on arrival and think they are doing this to everyone (that all adds up!). They were rude and unhelpful and when I phoned to complain they said ‘just put it in an email’ knowing nothing would be done and it hasn’t. They are not on the approved list for Gatwick parking - just random guys conning people! Avoid at all cost.

DIRE parking at Gatwick Short Stay Car Park
It took me over 20 minutes to find a parking space in the Short Stay Car Park at Gatwick, thus I would automatically fall into the next pay bracket when I left.
Car Park 'available' Spaces signs were clearly not working, so I wasted precious time searching on levels that were full.
The bays are too small for many of today's vehicles and the numerous pillars make parking exceedingly difficult.
The whole experience is DIRE and needs to be overhauled.

Upon arriving into London, we phoned to say we had landed. The guy on the other side of the phone couldn’t hear, was rude and kept ending the call. We called again to make sure they had got the message. We first rung at 2:20am. We were waiting for 2 HOURS before our car got to us filthy, petrol had gone down quarter of a tank and thermostat not even hot enough to say it had been driving far enough. The guy was rude and had obviously waited for others to pick their car up for a two in one job. There was a paper at the front of the car to say 3am to which we received the car at 4:20am. This is not acceptable for anyone however we had a 2 hour drive back and 5 months pregnant in 6°c weather was not ideal at all. Avoid, NEVER again

We received a £170 fine after struggling to make a payment in July 2024 due to issue on the payment page. It wouldn't load and kept showing no payment was needed. We tried multiple times for over a week, but the page never worked, so we thought then we don't have anything to settle. Anyway... A couple of months later, we received a dept collectiom letter. Reaching customer support was a frustrating experience, they also didn't seem to care about the problem. Despite it being due to their system error, we still had to pay the additional £60 as a late fee. HOW IS THIS OUR FAULT??????? SO UNFAIR AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I have just returned from my holiday and want to make you aware of the poor service I received at both drop off and pick up of my car at Gatwick North Terminal - it was a terrible experience and didn't in anyway resemble a professional meet and greet service
At both drop off and pick up I waited over an hour for the car the be collected / returned this was despite following all of the instructions provided re calling 30 mins before arriving, we were expected to wait by the lifts in the freezing cold
Staff lied about the time it would take, resulting in numerous follow up calls to try and find out truthfully how long the person would be - on the return journey they said they had left and were on their way - this was another lie as we could see from the vehicle tracking that the car had not moved yet
Person who turned up to collect the car had no visible ID proving that they were / company they represented and were rude when I asked for ID
All staff were rude both on the phone and in person, one person i spoke to had such poor English i couldn't understand them
The car when returned was filthy inside and out / muddy footprints inside the car and up the door inside, I expected that the seat / mirrors would have been changed to suit the driver, but lots of additional setting in the car had also been changed, radio / memory setting for the seats / indicator preferences

Arrived at midnight, phoned as instructed and were told our car would be 40 minutes.. despite the service being advertised as a ‘25 minute wait time’ when booking.
We ended up waiting nearly 2 hours for our car to be returned.. at 2am, with a young child, freezing cold in the car park.
We tried calling several times during the wait and eventually after 1.5 hours they answered a call to say ‘we’re moving your car in 5 minutes, and then it’s a 10 minute journey…’ That’s after 90 mins of waiting after they said it would be 40 minutes.
Car was also returned covered in mud.
Not advertised you have to pay the £6 arrival parking ticket, and the £6 leaving ticket. Attendant also tried to make us pay him in cash rather than use the ticket machine..
Absolutely awful service. Do not book.

Here my experience with one of those company on their platform.
I recently had an awful experience with Prime Meet and Greet and strongly urge others to avoid using their services. On the 9th of October, I called them at 3:03 AM to have my car returned after a long trip. Despite multiple attempts, I didn’t manage to get through to a representative until 3:29 AM. After speaking with their team, I was told my car would be returned, but it took an **unbelievable** 43 minutes for them to even start moving my vehicle, which had been sitting in their parking area the entire time.
What’s worse, dashcam footage from my car clearly shows that between 4:05 AM and 4:13 AM, their driver kept struggling to unlock the vehicle and couldn’t even locate it properly. They blamed "traffic and weather conditions," but my dashcam proves there were no such issues. This delay had nothing to do with anything but poor service and a clear lack of staff to handle the workload.
It’s unacceptable that I had to wait over an hour from my initial call to get my car back. In fact, I live in Sidcup, and it took me **less time to drive home** than it did for their team to return my vehicle. Prime Meet and Greet’s customer service was disappointing, and their explanations were dishonest. This level of inefficiency and lack of professionalism is simply not worth the money.
If you value your time and expect even basic levels of service, **avoid Prime Meet and Greet at all costs**! I’m still waiting for a proper resolution, but based on this experience, I would never trust them with my car again.
Don’t touch them with a barge pole
Turned up to collect car at the end of our trip. Told it would be ready in 40 minutes. 90 minutes later finally after several calls was told that the car was locked away in a car park and they wouldn’t be able to get it to us for another 4 to 5 hours! What a bad end to a lovely holiday.
Had to wait over an hour for our car to brought to the nothside car park. Was originally left at South Terminal due to our flights. The attitude of the company was unbelievable. They were rude and didn't give a damn about the wait. No apologies just a take it or leave attitude.
Well we'll definitely avoid this " company " at all costs and I would advise anyone to do the same.
Plus we had to pay an extra £6 on entry and exit which they didn't mention when we booked.
There was no proper handover on entry or exit so that you could check your car either. Driver just jumped out and said " I'm only the driver " and disappeared into the car park whilst we were checking the car.

I nearly missed my flight as there was no one to meet me at the car park to hand over the car. Driver turns up 60 minutes after I called!. On return to Gatwick, Had to wait 55 minutes for my car to be delivered (inside was filthy and obviously kept in a field full of sand and dirt).

Meet and Greet service When I left my car, it was in perfect condition: freshly washed, no scratches, dents, or any damage. I took photos and videos of my car right before handing it over to their staff as evidence of its condition. However, upon my return from holiday, after waiting for over an hour (and making several calls to check on the car’s status), my car was returned in a horrible state.
Not only was my car filthy, but it also had numerous scratches, dents, and even rust spots that were not there before. To my shock, the car had been driven an additional 72 miles! When I contacted the parking service, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior. The person on the phone told me that I "got what I paid for" and hung up on me multiple times. They even blocked my number after I tried calling back multiple times.
After finally reaching someone who identified themselves as Tom Hemp, I was told that minor scratches and dents are not their responsibility and they would only offer me £20 for a car wash, which is far from adequate to cover the damage or the distress caused. Furthermore, they refused to take responsibility for the additional mileage on my car and denied any wrongdoing regarding the state in which my car was returned.
I am appalled by the lack of accountability, customer service, and respect shown by this company. They have refused to provide the photos they allegedly took of my car when it was initially handed over to them, which would supposedly prove their claim that the damages were pre-existing. Instead, they have accused me of attempting to make a fraudulent claim and have threatened to report me to fraud prevention services, potentially affecting my insurance premiums.
I have all the evidence, including photos and videos taken before and after using their service, showing the extent of the damage and the additional mileage on my car. This experience has been incredibly stressful and has cost me both time and money.
I strongly advise anyone considering using Easy Parking Meet and Greet Gatwick to think twice. Based on my experience, this company is not reliable, does not take care of your vehicle, and provides extremely poor customer service. I am now left to pursue legal action to seek the compensation I deserve for the damage done to my car.

Waited over an hour for car to be returned to us. Watched as 3 members of staff waited (smoking) in a customers car that had just been dropped off, for a half an hour for a fourth member of staff. They then drove off. Wasn’t a bit concerned or bothered that we were waiting for our car. After phoning again after an hour, my car finally turned up along with another car. AVOID this company. Would rather park up, keep keys and get shuttle bus.
