Easy location for terminal as only 5…
Easy location for terminal as only 5 min walk. Just one issue was only one member of staff when checking car in so customers were waiting around. Plus you need a £1 coin for trolleys for luggage.

Competitively priced parking within a few minutes walk from the terminal.
Car park is easy to find and the price was competitive. It's great to be able to park in the short stay when your flights are very late as it saves the wait for the bus. Also. pretty much all under cover.
I would like to see some sort of information about how many parking spaces are available in each car park on entry.

Booked parking in advance on arrival barrier did not open,contacted reception at first could not find booking after a while they found my booking,said he would update records for my return only to have same problem when exiting,first time this as happened,I would definitely use official Gatwick parking again

Very easy to find being just off the main road
Very easy to find being just off the main road. Spacious and easy to manoeuvre. Pleasant staff. Good to know my car is parked close by in a secure location. We used the electric charging facility which was quite good value and convenient. Always use valet parking as it’s so close to arrivals

Lack of info when collected
When car collected it came up with low tyre pressure/puncture. Not there when driven in. No attempt to inform me. Had to hunt for a garage with working airpump machine.

Unnecessary adjustment of car settings
Whoever parked my car must have been a giant. Every seat adjustment had been changed to an extreme and it would have been appreciated if on leaving the car had made some attempt to put the seat back to its original settings. Furthermore the driver had seemed to have fiddled about with the air con, all the temperature and air movement settings as well as the auto lights and main beam settings. I do not see why this was necessary. It was particularly annoying as our flight was over an hour late arriving after 1 am. The last thing I needed was to spend time readjusting the car settings when I got in the car.
