Quick and painless, picked up a few bits I didn't (that sounds crazy but it wasn't quite as simple as I assumed)

Holly was very professional and friendly, she went above and beyond to help me in my case. I would highly recommend her to anyone who struggling to come to terms with your situation as she will help you understand. Without this lady my daughter would be in the care system and thanks to Holly I won my case and my daughter is with her dad and this completes my family.

Take cash off the very elderly and the documents drawn up were not worth the paper they were written on. Absolutely disgusting

I used (Gruber) Garratts 30 years ago to build, they are even better now. Lianne Hall answered my many emails, she even had to suffer one melt down over the phone from me and handled it gracefully. Her common sense, confidence and experience stopped me from making rash and foolish decisions due difficulties with my buyer's solicitors. Lianne solved issue after issue, all this while I was working abroad, the Congo in difficult conditions. Lianne Hall gave prompt attention when most needed, backed up by Liz Lane. If you want a true to word, great value lady, please look no further than Lianne for conveyancing, plus she has a wicked SOH.
