Victoria Mitchell alongside her secretary Danielle Hartley dealt with my settlement agreement. They acted very professional and communicated with me regularly over a 2 week period. Also, handling the whole process with my employer and acting upon my instructions to reach a satisfactory conclusion.

Jade at farleys has been a massive help with my claim from start to finish. Whilst I had some evidence with pictures I had no clue how things would go, or even if Id even have a case at all! Being reassured by the team at farleys helped a lot, they handled all of it really well and Jade was brilliant as she was given my case half way through, and she got it finished and over the line today.
