I was in a lot of debt and struggling to make end meet. For months I was making sure my bills and debts were being paid by relying on loans and credit card but in doing so I was just exacerbating the situation. There were some months I couldn’t afford to get my basic food shop and toiletries and had to borrow from friends and family.
Last month I was at my lowest and at my wits end as to how to resolve my financial problem; and even considered suicide. I just felt so ashamed and embarrassed that I was in this situation at my age.
I signed into my online banking and reached out to see if I could get some breathing space on my loans. They were happy to freeze things for 30 days and suggested I sought advice. They provided me with a link to the Financial Wellness Group which I clicked on. The best thing I did. Following several conversations, I began to feel there was some hope. The various people I spoke to were non-judgemental and offered me the help I needed by discussing various options open to me. Within 24 hours I was contacted by Freeman Jones and started the IVA process. Everything was clearly explained to me and the different people who handled my case were supportive, encouraging, understanding and reassuring. Without their help and support I really don’t know what I would have done or where I would be. I am truly thankful and grateful for how they have helped me to see my way forward. I cannot commend highly enough.

My experience to say the least is life saving.
All the advisors that handled my case were v understanding to to give my close relative chance to assist me with hearing, explaining etc where I could not for clarity. They were very helpful, impressive, experts, patient, empathic , and same time professional. I have had sleepless night due to my money debt worries and my failing health but with FJ solution I now have less to worry about ie my physical and emotional health and how long I have to live. I am indeed very grateful to FJ, my creditors that voted . May God Bless you all the more.

Well were do I begin? Not only have FJ sorted out my financial issues but because Im not 24/7 worrying which Peter to use to pay which Paul, from the moment I wake up to I go to bed, I was constantly worrying. Because I now have room in my brain, I am focusing now on more healthy eating which is helping my weight loss, which in turn will help my mobility. So it’s a massive huge ginormous thank you from me. I have already told my friend who is in a similar situation to me about FJ. So thank you again.
