After having had my IVA in place for a few years. This month I experienced my first bump in the road with Freeman Jones. I'd been waiting for an update on a document for over a week and was yet to receive a response. After a number of calls and false promises I spoke to a lady called Catherine who advised she'd escalate my query to be looked into ASAP. After the amount of false promises I'd received I was unsure this escalation would happen. I was promised a call back by 2pm. I received a call from a gentleman called Adam who was a manager within the team. His level of customer service was impeccable and I couldn't thank him enough. He looked after my query and was resolved within 15 minutes of our call. Thank you again Adam. Your level of Customer Service should be something you should be proud of. You made a horrible situation turn into a pleasant one.

The staff that dealt with our joint IVA were helpful, reassurring and non judgemental through out. For the time of the first phone call to the moment IVA was accepted we felt we was heard and minds put at ease. Majority of calls was dealt by Matthew and he was very helpful start to finish.
