Don’t bother

I used this company for the last 2weeks When I returned I went to the 5th floor of the short stay car park When my car arrived it was covered in branches and muck Inside it looked as if it was used on a building site. I saw that my dash cam had been turned off. As I was looking around my car I noticed that the driver had disappeared I would recommend that you use a different company It was in the worst state my car has ever been in when parked at Gatwick I feel I was being generous in giving them one star

Do not book

We have parked for a short period of time without selecting the meet&greet service. Email of confirmation was not stating that this is a meet and greet service not did they informed us that we have to drop the keys to them to move the car. There was no member of staff at the level 5 where they directed us and there was no instructions in the email where we should be leaving the keys or where the member of their staff will meet us. So we presumed because we have not selected a meet&greet service that we would leave the car where the email directed us and leave . We faced an unpleasant amount of £360 for the short duration when leaving the car park at Gatwick.l have contacted them for 2 members of staff blaming us that we booked meet&greet and that we shouldn’t r left the keys with them. I have previously booked other services and received direct and clear instructions for the meet&greet service but not from this company. Not even when we called 30 minutes before arriving he did not give us further instructions, just to park on level 5 and that was it . I would not book again and I have emailed the management about this matter !

Steer clear of this company

Steer clear of this company, rude lady on drop off today 4am Auck . Unprovoked unprofessional individual that thinks the customer is the enemy. The driver was fine.

The worsest experience we ever had

The worsest experience we ever had.
We called the company before the arrival to the airport Gatwick, we spent 2 hours before we can speak someone. The guy on the phone was absolutely inadequate, first he tried pretend he couldn't hear us, we called 10-15 times. After, he said he is on his way and will be in 10 min. After waiting 40 min, we called him and he said he doesn't understand what we are talking about!!! We called to the office, but the guy there couldn't understand English!!!! Luckily, our flight was delayed for 4 hours. We had to pay for an expensive car park - short stay as we didn't have a time to find alternative option. Also we were late to check in our luggage and had to pay again for it. We paid extra 300 pounds because of booking Flyawayparking l!! Never do it, they will ruine your trip!

If there is zero star I’ll give

If there is zero star I’ll give, absolutely uselsss company. Do not book them, they made me wait 2hrs to collect my car at Gatwick, travelling from a long haul flight with 3 kids and this company new my itinerary but when I called I was told 2hrs, however I can track my cars location, location from where it was parked to Gatwick terminal was 2.1miles about 11min to get to Gatwick as I checked immediately on Waze to check if there was any traffic that would take them 2hrs to get to me.. no traffic!!! yeah not a good company to park with, I have used so many companies before but non of them is as disappointing has this company. DONT BOOK!!

Avoid

Avoid this lot at all costs. Not worth saving a few pennies with the aggro you will get. I had to wait nearly an hour for my car to be returned. I had to wait 45 mins when the car was being picked up. I dropped the car off for someone to take the keys off me. Very disorganised outfit and zero customer satisfaction

Excellent service

Excellent service. They arrived to take my car as arranged when I arrived at Gatwick and returned it to me when I arrived back after I rang them when I landed. Very convenient and helpful - I would use them again if flying from Gatwick

Won't be using again

The handover at Gatwick was good except that I had to pay £6 for the short stay carpark which I was not expecting even though I had paid up front. On the way back it took around 45 minutes for them to return my car which was dirty on the outside with dust and what looked like bits of farm straw etc on the bonnet. This time I had to pay £7 for the short term parking. To add insult to injury, the loose change from inside the car was missing. Due to the unforeseen charges, the delay on return and the dirty state of my car, I won't be using this company again. Not recommended.

Perhaps the worst airport parking of them all...

Awful - Wife had forgotten to MOT car and so they text on day 1 of our holiday to say that they had left it in the short stay car park and we had already accumulated £150 i parking fees. To avoid further charges they suggested they could get the car MOT'd and that the total cost (with the parking fee) would be £359!! Cutting a long story short we found they had lied completely and the car was in their compound all along. After much stress and half a day of our holiday lost we recovered the car in spite of this company trying everything to make life difficult. Avoid like the plague - utterly useless.

Pickup disaster

We waited almost 25 min for pickup. I had prepaid but the office said I had not paid. Received text from their texting service that said they could not find my claim number. Office said "they" never sent me a text -- well if it's their system it is "them". Luckily I had a printed copy of my receipt in my bag. Turns out reservation was under my account number and not the reservation # -- not my fault. All I got was an apology. Note that other off site parking shuttles appeared 2 x at the wait area before Fly Away showed up. Use someone else if you value you time.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I knew my flight would arrive late tonight so booked work meet & greet. I landed , collected my baggage and called the company to say I’d collected my baggage. I’ve been waiting 45 mins in -1 at midnight for my car. I have a Tesla & can see my car still hasn’t moved. I’ve called them 3 times now. Do not book this if you don’t want to wait for an hour - IT IS NOT what meet & greet should be - use a different meet & greet company

Dropping the car off was good but on…

Dropping the car off was good but on return they took nearly an hour to give me my car back and when I finally got back to my car they had drank the energy drink I had left because we had a long drive home and they had smoked fags in my car ( I am a none smoker and could smell it right away) and when the guy got out of my car he was eating a McDonald’s so he used my car to get one

And when he got out my car all he did was ask if it was mine did not ask for any proof that the car actually belonged to me

WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT USE!!!

WORST SERVICE IVE EVER COME ACROSS.

When dropping the car off the first thing the man said was “tip please, tip” for what doing your job.

When coming back and phoning them to return my car they asked for me to call them again once I had picked up my luggage, doing this the man said my car was already there waiting for me, once we arrived in the car park 15 minutes later there it was parked up so we sat there waiting for the man to arrive with the key, phoning them up they said the key was on the tyre. This was poor service the car was sitting there for 30 minutes unattended with the key on the tyre, after driving away we had seen a half empty water bottle with fag buts in it and also ash all around the centre console. I phoned them instantly and they wasn’t interested one bit and was very rude.

After having the vehicle back for 3 days I went into my centre arm rest and found that they had STOLEN 70% of my loose change and Rummaged through my glove compartment.

Phoned them today and I have never been spoken to like that in all of my life, telling me to **** my mother and he would be round to sleep with my wife. They honestly don’t care and I also have them on recording swearing and shouting abuse to me. These need to be shut down asap.
