Mac screen replacement

My Mac was collected with a broken screen on Saturday and returned to me on Wednesday with a new lcd as if nothing happened. All this at a very competitive price: £250 vs the cheapest full lid replacement I found at £370.
Very please ld with the result, I wasn’t able to tell that the lid was taken apart.
I’d recommend them.

Excellent Service

Sent my macbook off for battery replacement. First time ever repairing a device & didn’t want to send it to one of my local vape repair shops. This company was amazing, communication throughout whole process. I opted for extra £5 insurance and Royal Mail Signed for delivery. Thanks so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had my broken screen fixed here and I’m really happy with the service. They were very fast and explained everything clearly. Riffy, -the member of the team I dealt with- was friendly and made the whole process easy. Thank you.

Failed to honor their warranty after poor repair

Failed to honor their warranty on their works. Blatantly accused me of causing my own issue despite the issue being a well known issue on the macbook m1 laptop screen (anyone who can google can easily find this info), which they failed to address properly. To add insult to injury, one of their solutions was to offer to buy my m1 macbook. They these were decent people but would advise to avoid.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Replacement battery and power button at a very reasonable cost and work completed in 3 days. Cannot fault and strongly recommend. Would definitely use again.

I found it very easy to book my iPad…

I found it very easy to book my iPad for screen repair. The worst part was finding a good packaging to send it off! The beautifully repaired iPad was back in a couple of days. The screen broke because it was dropped on a corner and the corner was dented and has been fixed really well. Thank you.

Very highly recommended

This company actually delivers 100% on what it promises. The whole process of the on-line booking of an Apple Watch battery replacement to sending it off just before the weekend and having it back in my possession the following Tuesday was first class. Communications about the progress of the repair and its return journey were excellent. I am not easy to impress but in this instance I am in awe!

Great experience with a solid company. The quality of service and timing were excellent. I appreciate companies that focus more on getting the job done properly than on online promotion. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

Very pleased with the whole service…

Very pleased with the whole service from placing my request to the item being denoted back to me.
Very reasonable pricing for an Apple product repair.
Very good clear instructions and was keep in formed all all times of the repair.

Long delay and terrible communication

Whilst the repair was eventually successful, really a difficult experience here.

Promised a 2-3 day turnaround. Posted my MacBook on Wednesday, and by Saturday I'd had no update so I phoned in. Rather unhelpfully, got told the device had liquid damage, and I needed to approve the repair attempt. I asked what the fee would be if the repair was unsuccessful, but had to wait until Monday to speak to a manager to find out their processing fee.

Monday comes around, no call, so I phone in again. Find out the processing fee, approved the repair.

By the end of the week, I've phoned again (still no contact from them), they tried the repair but the part was defective. They had no more in stock, and had to wait until Thursday for a new part delivery (now over 2 weeks since I posted the device in).

By the following Friday, I phoned AGAIN (no contact, still), to find out the part was delayed until Friday, and they were fixing and posting it back to me on Monday.

Tuesday comes around, now 2 weeks and 6 days since I posted the device, and thankfully it arrived, working.

Saying that, the device was covered in adhesive residue, and took a good hour or so to clean it up.

Pretty appalling service for nearly £500. Granted it was £300 less than Apple quoted, but I would've happily paid that for the communication and time saved.

Screen broke two months after purchase…

Screen broke two months after purchase and they're not honouring the warranty instead saying that it was my fault it broke. They offered to replace the screen again for a fee... this doesn't sound like they actually care about customer service but only about making money. Do not buy from them.
