Although it took a long time to get booked in, when I took my car to be fixed the communication was good and the car was done within the time I expected. My courtesy car was fine and I was very happy the garage offered to deliver my car back to me as I live an hour away from Redcar.

Not a great start .
Booked in At 1400hrs for first assessment but not seen till 14.30 at the 3rd time of asking word finally got to the asserr.
Was told approx 7 days but took 15.
Hire car fine and work done looks fine.
Wast told the car had had a check before handed back but no water in the screen container which had been changed.and whoever had worked on the car had used the aux system for there music/ phone,left my lead connected and hanging out ?.....

Repair results look good. Staff were all pleasant. There was a delay for the paint so it took longer but overall very good

Repair to my car was excellent, the guarantee for work undertaken also excellent. The reason for not giving 5 stars was that the communication could have been better on when my car would be ready for collection. Perhaps introduce a weekly call to update the customer on the progress of the repair.

More than happy with the repair work done on my car…..
But I don’t know why it wasn’t at least hoovered inside before getting it back. Everywhere inside is covered in a fine white dust, passenger seat caked in it and marks left on upholstery.
Also quite a bit of soil in my boot that wasn’t there before it went in for repair.

Car repaired to a very high standard great staff to deal with

The work done is fab!, only thing I would say is I didn't like that I had to ring numerous times to find out when I was getting my car back. So I'd say the follow up and communication could be better.

The car was in for two weeks.
Vauxhall Redcar where very difficult to contact. Reception would put me through to the body shop, never an answer or a call back.
Very disappointing.

Emily and her colleagues were excellent at communication, responding quickly and keeping in touch. Courtesy car was fab, and was lovely to see my car had cleaned when I picked it up which I wasn't expected. Brilliant service from all involved.

From the accident happening in January to the car being brought to your garage in May for repair seemed to be such a long time, added to this even though an assessor had seen the car and decided on the repair needed after the car had been in for repair for 8 days
I rang to check on progress and was told the bumper hadn't arrived from Germany. This did not please me at all because i felt there had been plenty of time to collect all the parts needed before the job was started.
Once completed the car sat on your forecourt for at least a day waiting to be washed before i got a call saying i could pick it up.
I feel frustrated at the lack of momentum in this case.

We are satisfied with the replacement of the rear bumper. We got a new courtesy car which was good to use in the mean time. Staff were friendly and helpful at Redcar Vauxhall repair garage. Thanks.

No courtesy car available for 7 weeks and found more damage after the car was already stripped down for 3 weeks apparently. Polite staff and car was fixed in the end though. Admiral had my car sent there so I had to roll with it. Staff were helpful when needed.

The work done was very good. I used the collect from home option which was great but due to some confusion over bank holiday dates it took several days after completion before it was returned which was less than ideal.

I was informed my car was ready to collect and could only go between 9 am and 5pm Monday to Friday. So I took half a day holiday and arranged travel to the garage. When i inspected the work it was substandard with grit under the paint. I left the car. It was then delivered to me at a further date and the bumper was not fitted correctly. I sent it back to the garage where the manager called me, told me it was ok, and I put the phone down on me. A lady then called me and said they thought it was ok and it would be delivered. If I had an issue take it up with the insurance company. Horrible.

Car was very dusty inside when returned and smelt of body filler.

Took over 4 months from contacting you to having the repair undertaken.

Corsa is not a suitable courtesy car for a family.
