Fitted a fire and media wall for us. Couldn't be happier. The finished it is even better than we expected. Jay kept us up to date with and communicated before and during the install. Ashley who installed was a credit to the company. Never stopped, was polite, and top workmanship to top it off. Can't praise highly enough. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. Naomi was our salesperson from the fireplace company who showed us different sizes and the luxe logs for our fire she was really nice and knew everything we asked about would definitely recommend people to use the fireplace centre in St Helens it only took 1 week to deliver

Fantastic showroom with lots of fire and fireplace options on display.Jay was very helpful and gave us lots of advice about balanced flue gas fires.We waited four weeks for everything to be ready and had everything fitted in a day and a half.We are thrilled with the finished product and would recommend Jay , Alan and the team.

Shopped around and the fireplace centre in st Helens was by far the most reasonable,bought Tuesday, came and took out my old fire wednesday and put new fire in Thursday, was a slight teething problem but came out and solved the problem for me super fast with no arguments, aftercare second to none, very highly recommended, will definitely be using them again,

Both people I saw in the shop on different occasions one was Jay and the other was a lovely lady sorry I didn’t get her name, they where both very helpful in giving advice on the best size fire 🔥 for myself, Delivery was quick, within 2 days, I was kept up to date on delivery time, the 2 gentlemen where very friendly I was very happy with my experience definitely recommend

Great selection of fires were on display when I arrived and the staff were very knowledgeable about my requirements and showed me to the models that were working and on display and came away after purchasing the one that I needed.

Trustworthy company, did not push a sale or make false promises. Very helpful and answered all questions asked. The product sells itself, we ordered late November and we got the fire delivered by James on Sunday afternoon 17th December three days earlier than promised, therefore enabling us to fit the fireplace in time for Christmas. The fireplace has transformed our room, we couldn’t be happier with the service provided and the product is exceptional.

I cannot praise enough the quality of service we received over the recent order for our bespoke panorama 1500 fireplace, surround, and matching stone inserts built into our media,wall very recently. We went into the fireplace centre initially to buy a new electric fire. With so much choice, we ended up buying a full surround with mood lighting and a new electric fire. It was fitted a few weeks later and looks great. The whole experience was exceptional. Very relaxed experience when we initially picked our new fire and surround. Jay was great as we had so much choice we kept changing our mind. He offered different choices of colours and other options and there was no hard sell (which is great).
When it came to fitting Jay and Matty did an exceptional job. We love it. It looks great and a big thanks from very happy customers.

The Fireplace Centre had a wide range of fireplaces to choose from. The staff allowed you to browse before opening a conversation with you. They explained about the two fireplaces we looked at and that gave us the relevant information to make an informed decision. Delivery and fitting date was agreed and they kept to their promises. No hassle and good workmanship. We are very happy with the decision we made.and I cannot recommend them enough. It makes such a difference to the living room. Thank you.
