The product sells itself, we ordered late November and we got the fire delivered by James on Sunday afternoon 17th December three days earlier than promised, therefore enabling us to fit the fireplace in time for Christmas. The fireplace has transformed our room, we couldn’t be happier with the service provided and the product is exceptional.
