Our poor little 18-month-old bulldog hasn’t had the best start to life, needing five surgeries in just one year. We are so grateful we signed up with Fetch Insurance. They have been nothing but supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. Every single claim has been honoured quickly and without fuss. Everything is super easy to follow, their customer service is friendlier than a Labrador at the park, and honestly, they’ve made pet insurance feel like a walk in the park (without the muddy paws). I recently had to make my first claim for my cheeky cat Quincey after she snuck into my sewing room and chowed down on a spool of thread- and thankfully the experience with Fetch was seamless!
I was able to speak to the 24/7 vet team to get urgent support on what to do next as soon as I saw what had happened, and the fetch team checked in on me throughout the process with the emergency vet. I felt so reassured and much more confident agreeing to treatment and making sure we were taking the right steps when I knew I didn’t need to panic about the insurance side of things.

Working in the animal industry I have seen my fair share of insurance companies! First time with Fetch which one of my newest family members. The claims process was so easy, quick and put your mind at peace that they are looking after my boy! 🐈‍⬛️

WOW. That’s all I can say. 7 month old puppy had liver issues, so many tests & a CT Scan which had me in the hole for more than $4000.00. Fetch covered everything. What’s more, I was dreading “texting to a machine” No machine here folks. I had the most lovely conversations & assistance with real people. We even shared photos of our fur babies & silly memes to make me feel better. I cannot rate Fetch enough. Funds straight back into my account within 24 hrs. Fetch is absolutely fantastic. Miss Mabel the Maltipoo & myself are ever so grateful!

After having bad experiences with a previous insurer I did a lot of research on the best insurer for my new fur baby Tova.

After seeing the great scores on productreview.com.au, I went with Fetch. They seemed pretty new to the industry but based on the reviews I selected them.

An insurance policy is usually taken for when the unthinkable happens and unfortunately that's what happened with my fur baby. She suddenly fell ill and I had to rush her to the vet.

Fetch was absolutely amazing that not only did they confirm the pre-approval for the vet estimate in double quick time, as soon as I made the claim, it was approved within a matter of hours.

Their customer service is amazing and very responsive and a big thank you to Taylor and Annie from Fetch for being with us through this difficult time with Tova.

We are so impressed with Fetch Insurance. Their quick and efficient service has been just been amazing. Our little dog needed a quick admission for a procedure and Fetch Insurance was so helpful and accommodating and quick with the pre-approval, we can not recommend them highly enough. They have also been great with our cat who also requires a procedure. We have been a little unlucky with our pets health but Fetch Insurance has been there for us and we are very grateful.

When I first got my girl, she got a UTI. After all the initial purchase, vaccination and food costs etc, I was stressed about having to pay another vet bill so soon. Thankfully I had gotten her insured with Fetch, and the team was wondering with helping me out. Now I'm a little more at ease when I watch her run around crazily knowing that if something did happen, I can focus on getting her cared for rather than worrying about expensive bills.

Fetch is great - easy to deal with and I am grateful that they are covering my rehomed Greyhound with his tendonitis. It is stressful enough to have an ill pet without the added pressure of vet and medicine bills. Can't say enough good things.

My dog Luna was only 14months old when she was diagnosed with hip dysplasia- the diagnosis in itself involved scans and specialist vets. Having Fetch insurance has given me the ability to choose the way forward that is best for Luna, making specialist physio, consults and surgery if needed affordable.
