Prices are great but put in a claim and it takes forever.
No communication after we got a claim number.Still waiting for next steps 3 weeks later.
I guess you get what you pay for.

When I was with Stella prior to…
When I was with Stella prior to Comprehensive car insurance cover ceasing, I payed $90 per month for the same Comprehensive car insurance I am again paying for, through Stella. Only now it is $155 /mth. I don’t understand why such an extreme increase. I suffer from financial hardship due to living on Disability Support Pension. This increase means I have to reconsider using insurance at all.

Ultimate customer service
It has been my pleasure to deal with Lua in the customer service team this last month. Firstly, with renewing my car insurance policy and then providing genuinely helpful assistance when I commenced a novated lease arrangement which necessitated the cancellation of my policy. Even though I was about to cease being a Stella customer, Lua's helpfulness and professionalism never faltered. In addition, I am super impressed by the speed with which the refund of my insurance premium was processed - instantly!!
Well done Stella - you and your team, especially Lua, epitomise the essence of good customer service sadly lacking elsewhere.
