First time I’ve ever had an issue with…

First time I’ve ever had an issue with END. And the customer service with my missing item left me not wanting to return as a customer.

Maybe you should use a better courier company.

Edit: Maybe I came across a little harsh here. I’ve never had an issue before with END. And the courier DPD was totally at fault here for my missing item. I just wish at the time customer services was a bit better. END. Have refunded me, even though I’d have just took a new pair instead.
Hopefully this doesn’t happen again.

I’m not satisfied with this shopping…

I’m not satisfied with this shopping experience. The item I bought went on sale before it even arrived. Returning it and buying again also feels wasteful and not environmentally friendly.

I ordered a new pair of Birk Boston…

I ordered a new pair of Birk Boston Mules. The price END were selling for was the best I could find. I opted for the premium 9.99 next day delivery with DPD. DPD were unable to deliver on the day due to their locker being full. I reported this to END. Not only did they rebook a next day delivery (which was a Saturday as DPD were not going to redeliver until the Monday) at a further cost to them, they also refunded me the original 9.99 I paid for the delivery. Have to give credit to END, customer service like this is rare and as such I would not hesitate to buy from them again or recommend to anyone who is thinking about doing so.

I ordered Balenciaga and Icecream…

I ordered Balenciaga and Icecream online, it was packed and sent, but never delivered, the CC from DPD said itll be delivered today
so i waited infront of my house and to my surprise not delivered status, i called and CC said itll be tom, so i waited the whole day and didnt. I called DPD and said it is being returned, i emailed End CC all over again they just said it is being returned and no explanation why, they even didnt apologized, they wasted my days and energy instead of me doing something else and all the stress they made, its just nothing to them, its just a store without considerations and no amount of exellence in customercare.

0 stars if I was able. Ordered a watch and purchased expedited shipping. Deadline has now passed a week since it was promised to be delivered. I still have not received my product. No one at the company is helping me despite several attempts to receive communication. Tracking says it will give me a delivery date at a later date. At the very least, I expect a refund on my shipping costs. Terrible customer service. Lack of follow through. This was my first and last time ordering from this company. Avoid at all costs!!! It’s not worth the frustration.
