the return experience has been extremely disappointing
I recently purchased a pair of shoes from END., but unfortunately I had to return them because the size was wrong. While the products themselves are high-end, the return experience has been extremely disappointing. The instructions provided by END. for returns are vague and incomplete, especially considering that many customers are shipping from abroad.
In 2026, it is hard to accept that a premium retailer selling expensive, branded items does not have a clearer and more functional return policy, and more importantly cannot provide customers with all the information needed to ship items back without issues at customs. My return shipment was held at customs due to incomplete documentation: the simple return form supplied by END. was not sufficient, and I had to deal directly with the courier to provide additional details and try to unlock the shipment.
Overall, I expected much better support and clearer guidance from a company positioned at this price and brand level. Until END. improves its return process and provides proper, detailed instructions to avoid customs problems, I would be very hesitant to order from them again.

We do ask that any concerns like this are raised with us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve them.
In cases such as receiving the wrong item, we would always look to put this right.
However, as the item has been worn, washed and the tags removed, it’s no longer in a condition that we’re able to accept back under our returns policy.
Most retailers require items to be returned unworn and in their original condition for a return or exchange to be processed.
We appreciate this isn’t the ideal outcome, but based on the condition of the item, we’re unable to assist further on this occasion.

Underhanded
I ordered a jacket from END but unfortunately it was the wrong size. The returns are free so there was no problem there. My issue was that END did not act within their own returns policy. I returned the jacket having filled out the return slip, this indicated that I was returning the jacket for a change in size only. The returns policy states that a refund will only be issued if an item is unavailable or out of stock. I have emails from an END customer service agent stating the same. Despite the item being readily available a refund was sent to my bank? When I went to order the jacket again in the correct size I was being charged £17 more for the exact same thing! I raised this issue with END and got a load of drivel back about a promotion having ended. But the issue all along was END not following their own published policy. Instead they deliberately issued a refund instead of exchanging the item, all so they could wring another £17 out of a customer for the exact same order. I personally would not purchase anything from any company anywhere that acts so underhandedly. I ended up purchasing the same jacket direct from Adidas at a much cheaper price.
Addendum:
The response from END just confirms the issue I have laid out in the above review.
When initially pointing this out to an END customer service agent I was told there had been no error. I stand by the comments in my review and will not use END Clothing at any point in the future.

I ordered Aēsop Hwyl from END. and was very pleased overall. The price was extremely fair, especially with free shipping, and the product arrived safely and well packaged. The item itself was exactly as expected: authentic, high-quality and in perfect condition.
Shipping took a little longer than hoped, though this seemed more likely to be related to DPD rather than END. itself. The overall shopping experience was still very positive, with a strong product selection and reliable packaging.
Shipping time was just as predicted by END.
I would happily order again, especially when the price is right and the purchase is not urgently needed.
