My order is stuck in customs with FedEx. I called them but apparently my email address is the one on the shipment, so I can't fix it. End has not resolved this in nearly a week.

Lack of a disclaimer about import…
Lack of a disclaimer about import duties and fees ruined my experience. For starters, I didn't know this website shipped overseas (everything looked like a Canadian store). I was surprised to pay 50% on my total cart in FedEx fees and duties. If I were aware that I would be charged those fees, and more importantly, how much those fees would be, I would have purchased more items to balance the costs of such fees. When I reached out to customer support, they gave me a bad attitude, saying I should have read the fine print and that nothing could be done in that case. This completely broke my trust in the company, which seems to hide behind fine print to sell online.

Unfortunately most packages entering your destination country are subject to import duties and taxes.
You are exempt from paying VAT on purchases within the UK however, your local customs office will charge you import duties and taxes on these purchases.
Duties and taxes charges are based on several factors including product value, trade agreements, country of manufacture, use of product and the product’s harmonised code, so this could explain why you may not have not been invoiced for your previous imports.
This policy is clearly outlined in the "Help" and 'Shipping' section of our website, and we strongly encourage all customers, especially those ordering from outside the UK, to review this information before placing an order.
Doing so helps ensure there are no surprises regarding duties.
Unfortunately, import duties imposed by customs are unavoidable and beyond our control so we will be unable to assist in waiving the fee.
Please accept our apologies for the disappointment caused on this occasion.

First time I’ve ever had an issue with END. And the customer service with my missing item left me not wanting to return as a customer.
Maybe you should use a better courier company.
Edit: Maybe I came across a little harsh here. I’ve never had an issue before with END. And the courier DPD was totally at fault here for my missing item. I just wish at the time customer services was a bit better. END. Have refunded me, even though I’d have just took a new pair instead.
Hopefully this doesn’t happen again.
