It would be much easier if you sold…in sets
It would be much easier if you sold brake pads in sets according to make and model of vehicle, I ordered a set of brake pads for front of my bike and only one arrived, when two sets should have arrived as most bikes have two calipers on front and only one at back. This would have saved a lot of hassle having to reorder to make complete.
Like cars or vans when you Oder brake pads you normally get them in sets for both sides!!!!
Otherwise the ordering process was fine and delivery was also great

Never received the order
Never received the order as UPS said our house number doesn't exist.
(It does and have never had an issue with any other couriers including UPS).
After one failed delivery EBC updated the address and then the delivery failed a second time. After this I cancelled the order.
I appreciate this isn't an EBC issue directly, but I paid £7 for a 1-2 day delivery that never happened.
