Ordered parts for old e2000 mazda van, we chatted and as much as we could tell parts were correct. Unfortunately on installation the pcd was incorrect.
Ebc had the items collected and refunded my money within 10days.

EBC Brakes provides an outstanding product that surpasses manufacturer quality (Toyota OEM). One set of discs, both front and rear, for a Verso in 10 years, 2 sets of Green pads in the same time period. Now I hope they make an equivalent on a vehicle upgrade. Let's hope! As for customer service, upon a query, the discs and pads were at the dealers within 48 hours. Pretty good service if they have them in stock and not waiting to spray them with their anti-rust coating. Highly recommended, whether you're in the trade or a petrol head.

EBC Blue Stuff for the win!
I left the review of the front pads for a few months to get a good idea for the rear pads after buying the fronts in September.
I love these EBC Blue Stuff brake pads for my 2014 C7 RS6 Avant pushing 700hp and 933nm weighting 2000kg give or take, easy break in instructions. No squeal after that short period, great performance even after heavy use (heat), and not a huge amount of brake dust to deal with. Well worth the money for any performance car on the road! With the benefit of being track ready as well! I'll be buying these for the Mrs and her S4 Avant too.

Great products - Flat rate postage is obscenely expensive.
Great products, but flat rate postage is obscenely expensive if only order a small item. The postage was closing in on the same value as one of the items!
I appreciate as a business you can't run with every single logistics provider, but maybe use Royal Mail for small items. I know it would have cost around £3.50 to ship this package, not £7-8

Given my experience with EBC will I ever use them again, Yes I had to phone for help with my order and I received the help that I needed. I ordered my brake pads and they were very soon with me. I ordered OEM replacement pads as I had fitted the same last time. I have been very happy with these, no noise, no black dust. Over all stopping with you is a pleasure!!
