Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 582 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company, consistently praising its reliability. Customers find the website incredibly easy to use, noting the smooth search functions that quickly locate items across nationwide auctions and the seamless live bidding process. Many consumers also appreciate the affordable flat registration fee, noting it provides exceptional value for money compared to standard percentage-based commissions. However, some people mentioned that high postage charges from certain independent auction houses can sometimes feel prohibitive. A few other users also felt that specific features can occasionally be frustrating, mentioning hurdles with login credentials, pre-bidding restrictions, or losing the flat fee on unsuccessful bids.

Well run auction

I've bought furniture from Paul Bebb's auction two weeks running after we moved to a village near Shrewsbury. A well run auction, items fairly described and excellent service as we've needed delivery. I think we'll keep an eye on what's coming through in future, although we've now bought most of the things we needed urgently.

This was my first action, interesting

This was my first action and all went smoothly.
However I did use the auto bidding and put my max amount. The auctioneer started straight in at that value whereas all other lots he started at a lower amount. So I do feel that there was no actual bidding but just took my max amount. Pretty sure I was the only bidder.
