Paid the £3 up front fee to bid in auction but when I went to bid it wouldn't expect my email address and password, even though it's the same one I used to pay the fee with and hasn't changed for over a year.
I was going to bid on a lot of items so the seller and auction house lost money. Didn't get the fee back and probably won't use easy live auctions again.

We have looked into this and can confirm that you successfully registered and paid the £3 flat fee. However, we can find no record of you contacting our Support team regarding any difficulty accessing your account, or of an attempt to use the “Forgotten Password” facility.
Had we been made aware of the issue at the time, our Support team would have been happy to assist.

An auction site for buyers as much as for sellers
Easy Live does not allow sellers to see what bids have been placed on their lots. Other less confidential auction sites, not named here, allow that, so auctioneers can adjust the reserve on a lot or you find that your maximum bid left on a lot is magically achieved.
The fixed £3 fee to register for an auction is worth it even if not successful.
