Really great experience
Everything was honestly so easy!
I paid the online deposit to secure my (near) new BYD Shark, then came in for a test drive the day after, got finance sorted in store and drove away in my great car after just a couple of days.
Get your used car from these guys, they are great!

Great purchase experience and after sale support
I had a great experience dealing with Autoeasy123. The sales team and admin staff were great! They got me my car super quick and organised tint at short notice so I could get in the road sooner!
Big shout out to Bernadette who organised my rego transfer and concession application. She realised after purchase I was entitled to a stamp duty exemption and followed up with me to ensure I would get my refund! That was above and beyond and I’m super grateful, can’t thank her and the team enough!

Very unorganised
Walked around for 45min+ and could not find any staff to assist us, the one person we did see said he was busy and would be back to help but never came. After we finally managed to locate a staff member, the only help we received was a generic "the car you're looking for is in this general area" and we were left to find the vehicle ourselves, which was of course locked so we could not properly look inside - staff then spend the next 40min telling us they would get the keys and never came back. After being at the lot for nearly 2hrs, we finally got given the keys for a test drive, only to return and get told to wait around even longer so someone could discuss finance options. Very underwhelming and disappointing experience, it did not give me much confidence in the team.
