First time i have stepped into a car dealership and not felt pushed or forced into anything. The salesmen was great that i dealt with and the Business manager went above and beyond. Although i had my finance pre arranged before buying the car, the salesman had told me that they’re very competitive with their finance options, so i heard them out, and blew my original quote out the water! They went above and beyond to help me get the best deal possible couldn’t recommend the team at Balcatta more!
I had such an enjoyable experience at Easy Autos! Non pushy and a friendly atmosphere, the team really knew how to help and accomodate what I was looking for!
This was a quick and efficient transaction. But more importantly, they went over and above to help out. Even tho they opened at 9.30am, they offered to open early so we could get organised b4 work. They gave a more than reasonable price on our trade in and we're respectful and genuine at all times. I sincerely can't recommend them highly enough!
Purchased a Volvo XC90, which I love the team gave me quality service, throughout the whole process they were very transparent and efficient. Thanks easyauto123, we will be back for our next car!
Excellent range of cars. Super easy to deal with. Very straight forward. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars
Some of the most helpful people in the business. Helped me out so much when I was really struggling to find a car with a good price.
AAA for they service and customer service very helpful , knowledgeable , supportive and professional , my next car will be with easyauto123 , Big up
myself and my mum have purchased a car through the Mile End South store in SA, amazing customer service, so patient and understanding of what you want, no pressure! great finance and warranty options! actually bought the extended warranty and couldn’t be happier with help i've received after the sale! 110% recommend to all family, friends or whoever i know that needs a car!!!
My experience is very bad because one of your team easy 123 in cannington is threatening to my partner if he didn't get a car he said see you at court if my partner cancel the car.. it's ridiculous shame on you I forgot ur name big man so my partner barrow a money immediately because of you.... no consideration where is ur customer service what if emergency .you forced the customer and threatening..
Purchased a couple vehicles from the Mile End Store in SA.
Great service and set-up and well priced vehicles with no issues so far! Also purchased the extended warranty and the service team were great assisting with a couple claims..
Would recommend.
I recently bought a Toyota Hilux. Price was decent, and a good quality vehicle. I noticed some 'pulsing' in the brake pedal only when on the motorway, braking at speed. Called them up a couple of weeks later and they said to bring it back in. They replaced the brake rotors free of charge and gave me a loan vehicle for the day. good service.
Do not trust this company
Take your money
Kick into the curb
Can’t even take a call after a purchase
talk the talk but don’t deliver on a promise they pass the dollar to another minion how the manager got his position i will never know i guess it’s who i know
Found a cracker deal on a car. Sales people said I could have the car on the same day if I went with their finance. Fortunately I organised my own funds to purchase the car. After the funds cleared, there were significant delays in getting the car. The last phone call was the best in terms of when I could potentially pick up the car but it’s all about expectations and what they promise. The main delay was getting the road worthy done, but it’s been 4 days since I signed for the car. Lack of planning and suboptimal customer service. I would say buy the car if it’s a good deal but maybe adjust your expectations when picking it up.
Very disappointed with the customer service from their team at Hendra. The behaviour of the sales agent Joe suddenly changed once the deposit was made and I told him I would be using my own finance. He had been very cold since then
My grandson purchased a car. He didn’t get to pick it up and they offered a refund. Since then no one answers his calls and they have both the car and the $7000+ cash he paid.
UNTRUSTWORTHY AND UNETHICAL
I signed a contract for my new car and paid the deposit on the day of my visit to the Hendra location, for the full asking price. I am female and came in on my own. It was a cash sale. I was asked by Julian, the sales man, what I did for a job and I didn’t fully say.
I transferred the payment amount and the monies were confirmed as received by Julian the following Tuesday. I arranged the pick up that Thursday, over the phone with Julian, for 9am Saturday.
On Friday I got this text message “Unfortunately my sales manager had actually cancelled the deal yesterday morning due to us not being able to contact you regarding pick up time. I will have to get your funds refunded to you. It may involve signing a form but I will let you know if that is needed. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Thanks, Julian”.
I made texts and calls during work as I tried to retain my rights to the car I had a contract for, had paid for in full and had arranged to pick up the next day. Most disgustingly, I was accused by Julian and the manager Jack, of causing the situation myself by missing staff calls to me (from numbers I didn’t know), during work hours and meetings, on Tuesday and Wednesday. They quoted the times (hours/minutes) of these calls and said “I had not bothered to answer”. I was told the decision was already made, and not to come in to collect the car.
I then explained my job and threatened legal action which based on my job they knew to take seriously.
The manager then said a mistake had been made, that he was not aware from Julian that I had arranged pick up. He apologised for the confusion and said that the car would be ready at 9am Sat as planned (me arranging pickup makes no difference to my rights anyway when there was a signed contract and payment receipt).
I discovered a further 600kms on the clock and that the vehicle value stated on the rego is $3k higher than the price I’d been asked to pay. They obviously wanted to sell at a higher price to someone else and thought I was an easy target. I hope this review teaches them to show more respect their customers.
I purchased my first car, Mazda 3 2019 G20 Evolve from this dealer at Liverpool in Oct 2024. Got it for a reasonable price. Gave it for first service as per due date in Mar 2025 and then I was told by mechanic that the car has a conventional battery but it should instead have a start stop battery, advised to change immediately as using conventional battery for this engine can damage electrical systems of the car. When I reached out to the manager asking if it is unreasonable to expect their sold cars to have correct battery and requesting battery replacement, the response I got was that I had 'plenty of time' to inspect as if it was my obligation only and not theirs, and that the battery is not covered as it is a consumable - I wouldn't have complained if mechanic told me battery is near end of life but rather the issue is that I was running the car at the risk of damaging electrical systems because the battery is incorrect even though it's working, and also seemingly an offending statement conveying I could have changed the battery which is not in their control and then raising it to them fraudulently - as if it was in my control what battery they've put before handing over to me. If you're buying from this dealer then don't take vehicle for granted but have it thoroughly inspected by a mechanic and ensure it doesn't have any incompatible parts, of course including but not limited to the battery.
Dishonest and untrustworthy
Please dont pay them bond deposit for car inspection. they said its refunable but they dont pay back. They didnt respond back on msgs, calls and even email. I have to get it through my Bank. The car I inspected appeared overpriced for its condition.
Fantastic service and knowledge in providing all the technical car details from the team. Their knowledge of the functions of the car was outstanding and the attention to detail was above and beyond. Vehicle is in perfect condition!
