Throttle body done brilliant result cant thank Jake enough

Came in for a oil and filter change everyone was so polite front of house was clean and very professional the guys there should be proud of what they have achieved I’m definitely coming back for future work

Recently used for brakes and service first class workmanship and communications from front desk. I will use them again no problems

Complete lack of communication, was hung up on and kept being told fake promises of when the car would be ready. I understand things can take time so honesty would’ve been completely fine, especially as I told them I was 80 miles from home so they could’ve said it might take up to a week, instead of “it will be done tomorrow” repeatedly. Seemed almost clueless at times and before doing extra tests to source the issue they said it might need an engine rebuild then backtracked when asked further details about it. They never increased the price from the original quote thankfully but it took 6 days longer than initially expected.

After seeing the reviews they have received on here I just had to write a review. It’s become quite apparent that not many of customers leave reviews on here as the ratings are much higher on Google on which they deserve. I would like to recommend to all as this garage have been very honest and always provided the best service, I was driving and my clutch pedal lost all pressure took it to another garage was quoted over £1800 for a clutch and flywheel so I took it here for a second opinion and ended up as a slave cylinder which was only £110. Couldn’t thank you guys enough

Was told by main dealer that I had to replace my dpf which they quoted me £2700 gave these guys a call and they insisted they looked at the vehicle first before replacing it. £95 spent and regen later my car is driving perfectly for weeks now absolutely over the moon with these guys. The service was exceptional and they could have easily said aswell that the dpf needed replacing but instead they were honest and saved me a lot of money. Thank you so much I will be returning with all my vehicles from now on

I took my car in for a MOT but unfortunately both my door mechanisms had frozen due to the bad winter we had. They had 6 days to diagnosis this problem and then asked my permission to cut into my door car card to get the mechanism out. Once out they attempted to charge me £800 for the pair of locks that was £64 for the pair online. So all in all my final bill for a destroyed door card, 6 days in loss of a everyday car and my insurance being invalidated due to no MOT, was £186 which they claimed was 2 hour of labour. Absolutely disgusting and the attempt to rip off someone who Was desperate disgusting. They even priced me up £465 for an ABS light to be fixed when they had no idea of the source of the issue. After I left the premises I quickly found they didn’t secure the glass outside of the door card and it smashed on the drive home.

Saw the reviews on trustpilot after I had my service and MOT here and I was very surprised to see the reviews as for my experience was amazing. The workshop was tidy and professional, Customer service was brilliant and the prices was very competitive. For me This garage was very transparent and told me everything in great detail. They didn’t try to upsell me things I didn’t need. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family as I have found my new garage honestly the reviews On here do not give them the credit they deserve

MOT at DIXON AUTO CENTRE /Bosch Service Centre
- Lincoln – questionable result

An MOT was done by the above. A “failure” was recorded as a major defect. Brake pipe excessively corroded. This was extremely questionable as prior to the test all was checked and include 4 new tyres.

SURPISE – a quote to rectify the alleged failure was to hand !!!! This was declined as suspicion warning bells were ringing.

The vehicle was taken to another testing facility with the EXPRSSS request to check the alleged failure. Absolutely NO EXCESSIVE corroded brake pipe was found & the vehicle fully passed the MOT, including the supposed brake pipe failure.

I had asked if this business was a franchise or directly owned by Bosch . Please be aware that this business is a private company registered at Companies House and NOT the trusted Bosch you may think you are directly dealing with.
The booking was done through “Book My Garage” which shows this business as “Bosch Service Centre” This is incorrect.

A very “unscientific” survey with friends and neighbours resulted in a number saying failures of MOT that could be rectified by this business. Surprise!

I will leave your decision as to where to take your vehicle for the MOT. I will certainly NOT be returning to this business.

Booked my car in for a full service and MOT, and collection.

They failed to turn up. I phoned and was told they are trying to get a driver. Tried again several time and was given the same answer. They just didn’t turn up. No apology. Left me in the lurch.

Unprofessional and unreliable.

Took my car in for a full service and their price was very reasonable. I could not fault the staff. Everybody was polite, helpful and got on with the job. My wife also booked her full service with them and she was well pleased. They’ve got lots of positive reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not reflecting how good they are and it is a shame. I have recommended them to friends and relatives.

Went in for tyres, left needing a wheel refurbishment. Wheel received machine damage during tyre fitting, a perfect score mark of consistent depth. Also, wheels were left unbalanced and tyres over pressured (nearly 50psi!). Emails and phone calls to resolve, but all I've had back is "The manager is isn't here" and "he'll look into it, but it looks like kerb damage" and "he'll call you in two minutes". 10 days later I'm left with a damaged wheel and rebalancing at my cost.
