I had made an error when entering my address and contacted customer service to fix this and was put into contact with Chris. He was SO helpful and even checked back in with me on the update of my order which I really appreciated. I will definitely be ordering from here in future as I was treated as a valuable customer and the company cared about my experience even after the money left my bank! Will definitely be ordering from here again. Thanks a lot Chris you are a credit to your company:)

My bank account was charged on 22 December 2025 however I still haven't received my order. When I check on Sparkling Teeth website there are no details for my order listed under my email address.
