Track and trace code where live updated and got in on time!. First time via Bol so perfect.

Useless, literally incompetent staff

One star because less it's not possible...
Order was planned to be delivered yesterday.. nothing, no update...
Message to Bol.com as well, no answer..
Really disappointed..

Item was supposed to be delivered yesterday, no updates the whole day. The page today still just reads "item is registered" and says that the estimated delivery time is yesterday between 17:00-22:00. Still no updates. There is also no option to have the item delivered to a drop off point or anything similar. The promise of "next day delivery" on Bol is a lie if they decide to send your package through this incompetent service. It's better to just refund the item if there's no guarantee that you will even receive it at all.

We have multiple cameras set up at our door including camera doorbell. I waited in for the delivery. They marked it as owner not home - they didn't come to the house at all! Complete liars!

Extremely unprofessional. Said they cant deliver cause Im not home, which is not true! Even paid extra to have it delivered specifically today and it did not arrive.

Same day delivery that never happened, says its delivered when it wasn't, and says it was placed in the postbox when explicitly chose the option to come back the next day if they are unable to deliver it in my hands

An absolute disgrace of a delivery company. Also an embarrassment that Bol.com makes use of them. How can you tell me that it's "impossible" to contact your own dedicated delivery service on your side? How is it that no one can independently make contact with Ampere?

My package is 4 days late and I still have no track and trace link on the website.

What a disappointment.

According to the tracking link, the item I ordered was attempted to be delivered twice , both times when I was actually at home. I didn’t hear a doorbell ring or any knocking. I had also stated that if I wasn't home, the item should be left at my door, but that wasn’t done either. Now my order is being sent back to the sender after the second unsuccessful delivery attempt. Really bad service.

Never got my package. First message “oh something unexpected, your package will be delivered tomorrow” with the span of 5 hours. Next day they back the package again with message “no one was home” while me and my mother were. And neighbors as well (which I selected in the delivery options).
