With the price of the decking I would have thought they come with no marks and stored somewhere protected from spillages of some sort that are sticky and after paying £200 in clips I would have thought the decent thing to do would give a drill piece to screw the torch screws in with not try sell me one either that or use normal screw heads apart from that I’m really happy just few things need addressing

Excellent product arrived within 2 days of order, easy to assemble and looks amazing I’m really happy with the end product..

The customer service was excellent the delivery driver off my decking nothing was a problem to him and he advised and helped with the correct storage for the decking.The delivery time was spot on which meant there was no delay and starting constructing the decking

Ordered some samples great service and good choice of colours but not what we’re looking for at the moment, was looking to Mach what we have these not quite the right colour. But would recommend to friends and family.

I haven’t finished my project by quite some way but so far I’m delighted with the product and the delivery was great 😊 👍

There Samples won’t be the same shade you receive.
Got different shades of one colour and customer support won’t help or rectify the problem. Different batches of the same colour.
Delivery was ok but panels left on hot tarmac with no protection,(so got damaged planks).
Quick to take your money but don’t help after they got payment.
Buy from these at your own risk

After being reassured of the quality by ordering a sample, I placed an order (very simple) and had it delivered within 72 hours. Unfortunately one piece had been damaged in transit however it was replaced without any hassle again within 72 hours.
The fence was easy to erect using the concrete post rails supplied, which just needed cutting to length, again an easy job. It looks great and we are now considering replacing another fence and maybe getting the deck done too.
It is refreshing to deal with a British company and to have such a positive experience.

Delivery time was great , only thing was we thought we had wrong size of posts delivered , but we were informed that we had to cut posts to size , as they are metal we now need to purchase a grinder to do this!!
