Terrible customer service. They're happy to take your money, but when it comes to resolving problems, they prefer to hide behind emails rather than speak to you on the phone.

The fencing I received was completely inconsistent in colour. One side of my garden is a nice ash grey, while the other is made up of multiple shades of grey. I reported the issue before installation, but because I already had builders booked to fit the fencing, I couldn't simply cancel them.

Once I proved the fencing hadn't been installed when I first raised the issue, the excuse changed to saying it should have been reported within 14 days. They then relied on delivery photos showing only the top 10 boards of a stack of around 110 boards as "proof" that the entire order was perfect, despite the obvious colour variation.

I then asked about their 35-day return policy, only to be given yet another reason why it supposedly didn't apply. I repeatedly asked for a phone call to discuss the matter, but the person dealing with my case was always "busy" and never returned my calls. Every response was just another email full of excuses.

To make matters worse, their solution was to suggest I buy fence cleaner, despite the issue being mismatched colours rather than dirt. It was honestly laughable.

I would have loved to give this company five stars because one side of my garden looks great. Unfortunately, the other side is a complete shambles, and I'll now likely have to spend even more money replacing another five fence panels.

The delivery wasn't much better either. I had to unload the lorry myself while the driver sat and watched. I didn't make an issue of it at the time, but you would expect unloading to be part of the service you're paying for.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience from start to finish. What should have been a straightforward customer service issue could have been resolved quickly, but instead I was met with excuse after excuse. As the saying goes, buy cheap, buy twice.

Like the quick delivery but plans were changed and I wanted to return some bullnose edging and replace with the normal edging. I was willing to pay for the return but Dino said that the delivery driver can’t take returns.
Trying to find a company to take is looking very expensive so I will have about £175 worth of wasted edging.

I rang Morgan and she worked all my measurements out for me and told exactly what I needed, and the 48 hours later it was at my property where the driver helped me take it around the rear of the property, wish everyone i delt with was as good as Dino decking!

Called to make an inquiry which was dealt with very professionally and resulted in me placing an order. Very satisfied with everything.

With the price of the decking I would have thought they come with no marks and stored somewhere protected from spillages of some sort that are sticky and after paying £200 in clips I would have thought the decent thing to do would give a drill piece to screw the torch screws in with not try sell me one either that or use normal screw heads apart from that I’m really happy just few things need addressing
