I ordered a lamp, within an hour the order was cancelled and I received an email saying they would refund me. It’s been two weeks and no refund. I have contacted the company and had no response. Please do not order from this website as I think it’s a scam

PLEASE DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS I AM CONCERNED IT IS AN ONLINE SCAM. None of the email contact email addresses are valid and this review won’t get to them as the email on this site as it is invalid and messages bounce back .The contact email is invalid too and I am getting no response through the online form and it’s been nearly 4 weeks since I ordered. I will be over £400 down if I am right.

I bought a kitchen faucet from Decoramo, and it is faulty - it is leaking. I have written to customer support; they initially responded by asking for pictures/videos but once I provided them, I have not heard back at all!
I am £104.99 out of pocket because I had to replace the faucet as it is not usable at all!
Extremely poor product and even worse customer support. Don't ever buy anything from them as you will also be out of pocket!
I would give them minus 5 stars if that was an option!

I was really worried reading reviews, but light came 3 weeks after ordering, and as per advice given through the emails we recieved, and its really really awesome, looks so good in our office!

DO NOT BOTHER PLEASE… 2 months I waited for my light and it arrived today and it is not as described. Absolutely gutted!! Wasted so much of my time emailing the company asking where my order was, they did respond I will give them that but never ever again. My light… plastic fantastic and that’s being generous.

Wish I had read the reviews I trust pilot, fear my money is wasted!!! Received lights no instructions and can’t get them to work.Customer service non existent.AVOID!

After ordering I googled the reviews then began to shat my pants , did take a long time to turn up, it was the same as in the photo and after fitting it looks really good

If I could rate 0 I would. Wasting my time writing this review as I can see there are already so many poor reviews. Delivered from China...wouldn't have bought if I knew...delivery took and age! Got here eventually and is not worth the more than £200 spent...cheap cheap cheap fixtures! Must read trustpilot reviews first in future!!

I have been sent the incorrect product by Decoramo. I have e-mailed them countless times to get a replacement with no reply. There is no phone contact . I will never use this company again. The customer service is non existent

I ordered a dimmable light, but unable to dim, as no remote was in the package. Lack of communication and the light looks nothing like the picture, with lots of bulbs missing.
Do not use, there are better company's out there.

Do not use this company..goods shipped from china. Rec'd a floorlamp, wires hanging out everywhere, not a british plug. Remote control is in chinese??? Box damaged and to add insult to injury...I hsve to pay to return it to China????. Must be in the condition you received it. Broken,useless, flimsy crap with no instructions and is un useable ?? Disgracefol.

Requested cancellation and told to 'wait a bit longer and if it's lost in transit they will issue refund 'bit that's not what I asked for. Starting to believe this is a scam company and there is actually no item coming.

Paid for a chandelier. Heard nothing. Will be reporting this company as their communication is abysmal.

Awful company to deal with. Don’t trust the reviews on their website. Awful. Absolutely no communication. Hadn’t received my item after nearly four weeks. Emails and contacts through their website were repeatedly ignored. No tracking information available through their recommended tracking app ‘Shop’. Eventually, after bombarding them with emails and website contact, I’m informed that my item was ‘lost in transit’.
I then found the same product quite a bit cheaper on Amazon.

Terrible service. It took two months for our lights to arrive. We tried to cancel the order when we realised how long it was taking and the company refused. It's been really difficult to return the lights, and are still waiting for a refund. Do not use this company.

Extremely disappointed.

Having ordered in June, I've still not received my item 3 months later. I've requested multiple updates but had very little response. Having a UK website I wasn't aware this would ship from China, but the shipping confirmation location showed that to be the case. I expected a delay but after a month of the shipment not moving, I contacted them and a replacement item went into 'shipping'. I say into 'shipping' as 3 months has gone by, the first shipment now shows as 'successfully delivered' but absolutely not to me, and the sconed appears to have got stuck in 'shipping'. I've had no responses to my emails during August, not 1! Appauling customer service. Do not buy from this website.

Great and large selection of high quality chandeliers at a good price performance ratio. Waited about 14 days to receive my order. I am glad to buy somethign again in the future.

I wish I had looked at the reviews on here before purchasing. Spent over £1,000 on an orbital light which came in hundreds of pieces and a one page instruction diagram in Chinese. 2 of us spent 5 hours trying to work out how the various size parts fitted together and eventually gave up and re-packed everything and requested a refund as per the website boasts 100% refund guaranteed. After pestering for a refund label I received one with a 72 hr window to take to the post office, which I did. This was a month ago and I have been chasing the refund ever since and received nothing. I am going to contact my debit card company now to get my money back because quoting the consumer rights act hasn't helped. this is a bad company - do not use

Never use this company, fraudulent spring to mind let alone shoddy customer service and danger lighting.

Do not buy from this company. Wish I had read reviews waited 2 months for the item to arrive then it arrives damaged. It was not damaged by the couriers but came directly damaged . They do not respond to your emails. Will be taking this up with my bank
