On 19/03/26 I ordered 25kg of…

On 19/03/26 I ordered 25kg of pelletised chicken manure which was 26.22 including delivery when the order arrived they only supplied a 10kg bag I have e mailed them and phoned but as yet havent had a response I will give them another day to respond before implementing a recovery through my bank.

DO NOT ORDER FROM 'SMDIRECT.NET'

DO NOT ORDER FROM 'SMDIRECT.NET'. Family member asked me to place an order with these scammers. Order placed 16/01/26, thankfully via 'Paypal'. Other than initial order confirmation no items, tracking info, nor further updates received. Sent an email to them 24/01/26 requesting an update, come 28/01/26...STILL NO UPDATE, NOR ORDER RECEIVED. I've just raised this with 'Paypal' and they are issuing a full refund. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS THIEF (sellers name is 'Sajid Majid'..some advice to this crook...if you're going to attach a fake name to this con, at least make it sound convincing)

I was scammed through an Alibaba seller…

I was scammed through an Alibaba seller from a company called Target Marine and Automotive who said they sent something from Istanbul to London use SME delivery.

When the item has allegedly reached Zurich they said I needed to pay an additional $300 "insurance" that they would refund later.

That just all sounded wrong and so I started digging and since found all the scam information.

ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUEE

Date of order was:- 6/11/'24 AND ALSO on:- 11/11/'24 but the calendar wouldn't go back 1 month to November.

I've just got the xmas tree lights our from the attic and it's just reminded me about my ordeal with this guy & his business.

So on the 6/11/24 I had ordered 2 sets of LED xmas tree lights in vintsge gold & red but what came was multi coloured ones and when I looked this actually was my fault. I got back in touch with Sajid & explained what had happened & whilst on the phone I ordered & paid for the correct ones this time & he had given me his address to send the wrong ones back to him which I paid for Royal Mails signed for next day tracked delivery at just under £10. Upon the delivery back to him & me getting proof of signed for I wasn't receiving any money back & trying to get back in contact with the same number we'd been speaking on Sajid wasn't picking up at all & I had tried contacting him on many multiple occasions throughout the course of a week or just over but nothing. So my £78 & my £10 postage to return was gone & just like that & to a thief & exactly just like what other people have said about him.

IF YOU READ THE REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE BUYING THEN YOU'VE BEEN FORTUNATE TO HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM.

Terrible service, took my money and not sent the product then does not reply to emails and the phone number they give does not work.

Total scam of a site, reporting to trading standards, cannot believe they are still going.

No parcel. No offer of Refund.

I too ordered 1000 led warm white Christmas tree lights via B&Q whom classed them as a verified sellers.
Yodel was the chosen courier by SM Direct.
I then kept an eye on tracking of delivery. I then read my parcel had been refused by customer.
Well i was actually at hospital receiving an x- ray, so not at home to refuse the parcel.
I then checked tracking only to read Yodel need additional information from sender SM Direct.
I then checked the tracking to read parcel sent back to sender.
I got in touch with SM Direct only to get a short answer of we do not have it . This was on going . B&Q just wanted you refer me to the seller.
So i have no Christmas tree lights or a refund . I have cut up B&Q so called club card and deactivated my B&Q account.
I shall not even use B&Q again as they were not interested considering they class SM Direct as a verified sellers.
So no Christmas tree lights or a refund . No customer service either.
I feel this an injustice and SM Direct should be held countable.
I hope Trading Standards look into SMDirect otherwise they will continue basically ripping off the buyer.

Stolen my money - never delivered my order and no refund! No response to phone calls, emails, texts. Avoid at all costs.

Awful company

Awful company. Ordered a set of Christmas lights through B and Q. They were never delivered. Royal Mail tracking confirms this. I contacted SM direct who were very rude and abrupt in all their communications. Said they had been sent. After much back and forth hey agreed to resend the item. It never arrived. When I questioned this I was provided with a fake Royal Mail tracking number! I requested a refund twice but this was ignored. After I brought up the fake tracking number they did not respond to me.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Ordered a set of Christmas lights via B&Q website. Delivery company delivered to incorrect address. They admitted mistake and offered a refund. SM Direct refused to assist. They refused to give a customer service number and their limited responses via the B&Q site were rude and full of spelling errors with poor English. Avoid this company at all costs!

Purchased via their eBay store

Purchased via their eBay store. Extremely disappointing experience. I refused delivery of a parcel, and it was lost in return transit. Royal Mail confirmed that only the seller could raise a claim, but they ignored all my messages. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, sellers are responsible for goods until they are returned and received, but this seller failed to meet their obligations. I am now logging a complaint with Trading Standards. Avoid if you expect communication or resolution—poor customer service.

Zero Communication & Goods Not Received.

In terms of communication, I agree with the last buyer. However, I did not receive my order.

I sent an enquiry to the contact details provided on SMDIrect.net before I placed the order. No response.

After placing the order I did not receive an order confirmation. Without any communication my order was refunded. The goods were still available on the website so I assumed it must be a admin errror; I placed the order for a 2nd time. Still no order confirmation or any communication for that matter.

The following day I received an email, it was just an image of the order saying "You've left some items in your cart!" and "We've saved the items you left in your cart for you. Please click on the button below to continue and complete your order."

Eventually it was necessary to open a PayPal case. If the product price is cheap, there is usually a reason. This seller isn't familiar with the definition of good customer service. I cannot recommend.

All you positive reviewers need to wait until your product is faulty,then you will change your review . I bought xmas lights 24/11/24 they do not work.
This company gives you email and telephone contact details on their site but you just try to use them to contact them . They do not reply to either emails or phone messages.
When ordering they give an excellent service and tracking service , not so when the product is faulty, they do not reply to emails , they dont answer their phone or respond to phone messages,
Buyers please take notice of all the negative warning, they are true, and all the positive ones are only when purchased items and not after trying to get in touch with faulty items complaints.
no after sales customer service what so ever,
My purchase was via PayPal so I am going to try through them to see if they can help

Do not buy from this seller Sajid Majid absolute scammer had to get my money back through PayPal take your money does not deliver goods and does not reply to emails this seller is on eBay and Amazon as well, so be aware do not believe the fake reviews
