What an absolute horrible online shop. Do not buy anything from this website. They don’t even have an active email address you can contact for customer service, only a phone number with nobody that speaks English. I ordered a replacement part for my filter and they sent the totally wrong part. I tried to contact them through their website form and I get a template response to consult their website for help. What the heck do they think I’m trying to do by using the form?!? Now my pool is turning green because they are too incompetent to ship an order correctly or fix their mistakes. Same problems when I ordered the pool from them two years ago. The photos and parts did not match what I ordered. Appalling lack of customer service and responsibility.
