Other thoughts: I've only had one interaction with Dave's. With this in mind, I ordered my part with the cheapest shipping option and received it 5 working days later. Ordered on Monday and received on the following Monday. Next time I would change my shipping options to receive the part before Friday so I could get my work done over the weekend.

Ordered an A.I.R pipe for my 81 camaro which showed in stock on your site, but a couple of days later you advised you do not carry it anymore (discontinued). I know things like this happen from time to time, but it was a setback to me to have to search again and re-order elsewhere.

Very pleased with my overall experience. Only glitch was that I never received shipping confirmation, only thing I can figure is because it was drop shipped from another location. I found the website for Dave's Discount Auto Parts to be easily navigated and user friendly . I was ecstatic to find the very hard to locate part for my son's 1988 Ciera. The transaction processed seamlessly....we were thrilled to know he would be able to fix and use his beloved car. Imagine our disappointment when we received an email the following day stating the part was discontinued and not available. I wish that prior to the "checkout" process it would have indicated the part was not available...dashed hopes stink!
