I got email sent to me for you with a discount code..... called up to buy my wiper motor and the price was wrong that he told me. then when i told him i had code from you me said you don't send codes out. wish wasnt true.. the parts was good.

At the time I ordered the auto parts online with this merchant. All the parts show "IN STOCK". After a week had passed and numerous inquiries, they still had not shipped the parts. When I did receive the part, it was the wrong part. I called and they told me they can no longer order one of the parts. I promptly canceled. So unless you have the time to call and follow your order, don't count on this merchant.

Your website is misleading as to the part I was/am trying to order. Thought I had found this part after hours of searching only to be told a few days that unfortunately this item was not in stock and had no ETA when it would be replaced. Looking at the website this date it is still on there. The part I was/am trying to order is AC 344 Auxilliary Air Regulator for 1978 280z Datsun. Any information on this part or its availability would be greatly appreciated.

Ordered a SMP vapor canister that was "in stock". Placed it in my cart, paid and received an order confirmation. A day later received the "... Unfortunately, we just sold out of the part you ordered..." email. The canister is out of stock everywhere, yet still in stock on Dave's Discount web site. Buyer be prepared to go elsewhere to find what you need.

Online ordering process showed item was available. Wasn't notified that it wasn't until the day I was supposed to get it!

Why charge account without knowing part is in stock. Have part in hand ready to ship then charge account. Or somethin...just sayin.

I had done extensive searching for some key exhaust parts I needed. Daves online inventory showed everything I needed to be "In Stock", so I placed order with them. A day or so later I get an email that they "just sold out" of the 2 larger parts I ordered. Turns out they cancelled the remainder of my order too, assuming I didn't want/need the other parts since they didn't have the muffler & tailpipe. Communications were confusing and even after they cancelled my order, their web inventory still showed the parts "In Stock".

Just wish the web site was current.

I called in asking if they could potentially overnight a o2 sensor for my Aveo. Gentleman on the phone said that if I placed it right away he would get it out and bypass the 48 hour shipping process.

The o2 sensor is very small so luckily I didn't give them a hard time packaging it.

It was delivered next morning just like they promised. And they had it cheaper by $100 than any retailer or online shop.

The o2 sensor is in place and made the dumb check engine light go away, so I'm very happy.

Fairly fast shipping got exactly what I wanted at a very low cost. A++ in my book, loving you guys right now. Thanks
