Their website was very easy to navigate. They were very quick to communicate with me about my order. Unfortunately the parts that I ordered were no longer available. The only suggestion I would have is to take unavailable items off your website to avoid this in the future.

Ordering was simple. The sales person was very courtesy and helpful. The order arrived on time, will order from this company again was very pleased with the parts and service.

They offered the best price I found on the web. Shipping was quick and so was their communication. One change they need to make however is update and enhance their website. It is quite outdated and does need some product pictures. Besides that I am certainly pleased and do recommend them.

I ordered brake pads and a sensor for my kia. They shipped the incorrect pads however before I even had the product delivered they realized what happened and over nighted the correct pads to me with a return label for the wrong pads. This is how it should be done everywhere!

Part came in as expected, perfect fit. Will check back for future purches!

Excellent customer service its honestly about time i found an online retailer that actually cares about their customers experience and what they have to say. I posted a negative review before which could've been taken as being slightly rude and instead of taking any negative actions the company contacted me and helped resolve my issue i would recommend this company to anyone better customer service And integrity then i see most anywhere else thank you guys

I put in my request for a refund on a 2000 Nissan maxima ignition switch on the 6 of September and also in hopes for the order to be canceled since it stated online that it was being processed in the warehouse. It's now the 14th and nothing has been done except the email that I've received indicated that the purchase has taken place and thanking me for shopping.

unfortunately they did not have the part i was looking for, but i got my money back. No problem!

Just what the picture shows and the lowest price found

I was having trouble finding a specific part for my 95 Chevy S10 around town. I had to go online and found it on Dave's discount auto parts. The website was easy to use, easy to order and the part was priced regular market value. I had to do two day shipping, so the shipping was more expensive than the part. But that's not Dave's fault. Overall, the part was a good price, got to me on time and was completely satisfied with the service. Highly recommended for those hard to find parts.

Not bad for a discount auto parts store. I wish I had found them sooner, cheaper than Rock A--o.
