On 11 August I was informed that my application for British citizenship was approved. I am finishing the five year process of becoming a citizen and have come back to Whytecroft Ford at each step of the way because: Whytecroft Ford’s website is easy to use. The prices for services are very fair. The process is broken into clear steps and there is almost no delay in any communication between Jay and his client. Explanations of what documents I needed to provide and when and how to provide them were always clear and detailed. Questions were answered promptly. Tech questions (and difficulties on my part) solved. The only real problem I had was in the software that I was asked to use to provide documents. I am no techie and did not find that software easy to understand. But Jay has always talked me through the online steps I needed to take at crucial moments. He is always very well prepared, organized and composed; ready to provide additional help and information. Whytecroft Ford will do an excellent job of helping anyone who needs a visa or is on the road to becoming a citizen of the United Kingdom reach their goal.
