Part was listed on the website as in stock, ordered the part and was charged for it,the next day I received an email saying the part was discontinued and no longer available, my order would be canceled and money refunded .3 days later my refund was returned to my account ,I will never look at this website again

We are very sorry that you feel that your service was lacking. Your order was placed on a Friday near the close of business. We are closed over the weekend and we did not try to process your order until the following Monday when we opened back up. When we tried to process the order we noticed that the part was not available and you were notified right then and there via email. Your credit card was never charged so we had no funds to refund at anytime. Also note that the part you ordered was marked call for availability not in stock. Which is a good indicator that we may not end up having the part or we may not be able to get it. Your order was handled in a prompt manner and we at no time had any of your funds held from you.

As I have not received any calls or emails from the customer Im not sure what hes referring to in this review. The customer tried to purchase an item from our store but the part was not available and his order was cancelled. He was notified by email the day after the order that the part was not in stock and that we were cancelling the order. We go through the emails and voice mails daily and have not heard or seen any messages from this customer. Im wondering if maybe hes calling or emailing the wrong place.

Very poor customer service
Cancels orders without notifying you. You call to inquire and the operator doesn't allow you to ask questions, they prefer to speaking over you. Then everything becomes repetitive with sarcasm(mind he's repeating something way off from what's being ask). In the very end the same thing you were asking is what becomes the conclusion, but the rudeness is unbearable. Ask to speak to someone else, apparently no one else is there at the time.

Very satisfied
I started by going to the dealer and found the park was $125 dollars more. I can say it is a benefit purchasing through Dave's Discount Auto Parts. I was worried that I may get the wrong part, but it was correct. It came on time and now my car is up and running again. The only issue I had was the fact I called them to verify before ordering the part and no one answered, but other than that everything is grand! I am very satisfied and happy :)

The worst customer service
I purchased an alternator and was billed a $90 core charge. In order to return the core the company requires that you get an RMA from their web page. After two weeks of multiple requests and countless phone calls to the company I have yet to receive an RMA, speak to, or get a return call from the company. With the amount of time I have wasted on this RMA request I would have been better off paying the dealer to put in an overpriced alternator. I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs.

The customer never received the part because the part was not available. It was marked CALL FOR AVAILABILITY on our website. That would indicate that there is a good chance we do not have the item. The customer placed this order at 1:53AM and was notified by 9:06am the same day via email that the we did not have the item and that his order would be voided. The customer received very prompt service and responses. We are very sorry that the customer has chosen to grade us poorly in this matter. We did our best to provide him with good prompt service that so many of our customers have experienced with us.
