I ordered something online. Online it said they had the parts on hand. I recieved an email stating that they didn't have a the product in stock. Frustrating. Now I recieve spam email from them.

not enough phone customer service
Placed an order. Didn't receive it. 3 weeks later I found my cc address was wrong. I tried calling them for 3 days, many times a day and left messages. Couldn't reach them. I ordered same thing at amazon. Nothing to cancel with Daves. They never charged me. Will wait to hear from them.

Processes Orders for Obsolete Items
Allowed to go through entire transaction process only to find out the part is obsolete / out of stock / and no longer available. Would have made more sense not to allow the order to take place for obsolete items and not to advertise them as available.
