honestly, here is what I did...ignored the call first for availability and ordered an obsolete part. Next Day Dave's refunded the amount and explained they could not obtain the part. Fair enough.
Should probably pull the item from the parts sheet.

They said they had the part and they didn't. Four days later I get to start over again...

HARDEST PART POSSIBLE TO FIND. THEY HAD IT AND SHIPPED IT OUT PART WAS IN MY HANDS WITHIN THREE BUSINESS DAYS. THANKS ALOT YOU SAVED ME A GREAT DEAL OF GRIEF AND AGGRIVATION.

Really disappointed, I ordered a part then later receive an email the part is not available! System flawed needs repair!!!!

The part that i needed for my 2002 Dodge Dakota window crank assembly was extremely difficult to find. But Dave's had it. The only "bad" i can think of was how expensive it was compared to other similar hand window crank assemblies. It arrived much sooner than I thought that it would & in perfect condition.

Their website showed parts in stock but days later they called to say they no longer had the part available.

I received both phone and email notifications regarding non-availability of a discontinued part I attempted to purchase. My credit card was never charged although the website displayed the item had been purchased. I was informed the part should not have shown as "In Stock" when it was no longer in inventory. I can appreciate the lengths to which customer service went to advise me of the status of the transaction.

Quickly responded to my part request. Was notified the part had been discontinued from the manufacturer. The quick response helped me mover on to another alternative. Great service

Received the part but where the housing for the plug is cracked in 2 pieces. It will still function but wished it was in tacked and hopefully no water gets in. The pulley Is slightly bent on the back groove but will not effect the function so for this I rate it a 3 star. Hopefully it works properly when installed.
