To your credit, you put yourself out there with this survey regardless of the consumer's experience. I wanted a Fuel Pressure Relief Valve - one week it was listed in your data base, the next week it was gone. Via email, the eventual response was, "sorry, not sure what happened to it." Such as it is . . . at least the company responded electronically. By phone = not so much.

Great Company, Would recommend to any one. Not there falt the part is not supplied any more. But I know if they do find them they will contact me.

I had purchased two sets of fuel injectors from ebay vendors. The first were visably knockoffs, although they worked fairly well until one failed. The second were accurate fakes that didn't work very well at all. I finally got real GM branded parts from Dave's at a reasonable price. All is well.

It was fast easy and I got my part sooner than expected. Top notch service. 👍

This was my original and accurate review: Left multiple messages requesting part availability confirmation. Received absolutely no response of any kind. After days of delay; order was cancelled due to lack of inventory. Not impressed and don't intend to return.
UPDATE: I did receive a very nice phone call from a lady from Dave's Discount Auto Parts.
She very nicely explained that the person who would normally return messages was gone for a few days, and the phone call was not forwarded properly to another person who would have answered the calls requesting assistance.
I absolutely believe this is true. How many of us haven't had a glitch with our phones/computers, etc.?
Couple this with her desire to improve their business practices and having the concern to contact me to see if she could assist in any way makes me reconsider my statement that "I'm not impressed and don't intend to return."
I know I make mistakes and truly appreciate a company that cares enough to call and try to make things right.
I'll keep Dave's in mind for my automotive needs in the future.
