A very negative and frustrating experience with Data Flow up to this stage. I logged my application 29th Oct and I was given 18th Nov. No update, I even helped to follow up from my University because according to them the delay is from the University which is untrue, and have given me a new date of 23rd Nov, again nothing happened. Everytime I call them either they cannot hear me well, or there's another voice talking on the line and we could not understand each other, or will never call me back. VERY VERY VERY frustrating. I hope the Ministry reviews its service level and will do something to alleviate applicants' ordeal. The call center is based overseas, and that explains why their line is always broken!
Extremely poor service and unacceptable delays
I do not normally leave reviews, but my experience with DataFlow has been extremely frustrating and needs to be highlighted for others.
My case has been open for over three months despite paying the express fee. DataFlow has been provided with all required documents from my employer, yet I continue to receive repeated requests for the same documents over and over again. Multiple members of staff have emailed me separately asking for information that was already submitted weeks ago, which shows that nobody is actually reviewing the file properly.
I have arranged several calls, and not once has anyone called me at the scheduled time. Every time I ring the helpline, I am told that someone will call me back, but no one ever does. Emails go unanswered for days and weeks, and there is zero accountability or urgency despite the impact this has on people’s careers and relocation timelines.
I am extremely disappointed by this level of inefficiency and lack of communication, especially given the fees paid for express processing. The delays have caused unnecessary stress and disruption, and it is unacceptable that a professional verification service is operating this way.
I hope DataFlow improves their management and communication, because at present the service is not reliable, not responsive, and not professional.

If I could give zero stars I would. The application process is pretty standard, fill out a form and sign a consent form and submit. You then receive multiple emails stating that your application is on hold and to attach the same consent form multiple times and in between the 10 duplicate emails, you see a different email with a different consent form to be signed and provided.
The call back process is a joke - I requested to be called on 20th Oct to speak to someone who can explain how I am completing a simple consent form incorrectly, they then called me on Sunday, 19th Oct for 1 second (I saw my phone, it didn't even have time to ring), and then sent me an email stating that they tried to call me and were unsuccessful and that I missed my appointment - the day before on a SUNDAY.
Who knows when my application will be submitted and actually completed.

I have been asked several times for a document. When submitted and then they contacted me to say its wrong. they will email the docment to sign. ok fair enough. email arrives, no document attached. and guess what the email replies are autometed, the chat messanger on the website is all ai. when you call their number it only tells you the opening hours and hangs up on you.
Then when you schedule a call, the call is late at night or doesnt come at the time you want or even the day... i recieved a call while i was teaching a class and couldnt resolve it cause i was teaching... and guess what, when you call the number back its all autometed again. Absolute scam that i have given them money for something my job says i need.
Worst company EVER
Completely unaware of operations and licensure requirements of the United States. They are unprofessional, unorganized and lack common sense ability to research credentials according to their governing bodies. It was an embarrassment having them contact my college. The college officials said they are very difficult to work with and half the time their communications didn’t make sense! There has to be a better way to get verifications done that doesnt include this level of incompetence. You ask my college to certify a full time status, well in bridge programs, the semester load varies the further you progress. These people have no clue about verifying information! Horrible turnaround times and clearly lack English comprehension.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by DataFlow. The quality of their customer support and document handling does not reflect the professionalism expected from a company of their nature.
Every time I attempt to contact their customer service, the calls are either unanswered or abruptly disconnected. Their staff appear poorly trained, showing little ability to analyze, understand, or even properly read the documents submitted. Instead of addressing minor issues with clarity, they unnecessarily hold documents, causing significant delays and inconvenience.
For the fees they charge, the service quality is far below acceptable standards. In my opinion, the UAE authorities should reconsider their collaboration with this company, as they are not delivering the efficiency and reliability required.

Very slow, you always need to push them to work
Send my degree (BMSTU, Moscow) for verification at 6 June.
They started to work on it 11 June.
They send letter for verification to university only on 23 June, only after I pushed their support.
I arranged all verification at university by calling to university.
On 24 June university send answer to them.
Only on 2 July I got report after I contacted their support multiple times.
Don't recommend!!!
Additionally, I've paid for SMS service... And never received sms from them.

It has now been over three months since I submitted all required documents to DataFlow, and I am still awaiting completion of a task that should take no more than a few days.
What is particularly shocking is the fact that the delay is reportedly due to your team being unable to verify the address of my previous employer on Google Maps. This is not only an incredibly weak justification, but also reflects a deeply flawed and unprofessional approach to verification. We are in 2025, and basic address verification—especially for a legitimate and legally registered company—should not present such an insurmountable obstacle.
Your process lacks transparency, efficiency, and accountability. I have received vague and repetitive updates with no meaningful progress or resolution in sight. As a professional with an international academic and career background, I find it completely unacceptable that such a bureaucratic and outdated system is allowed to stand in the way of my career progression in the UAE.
I demand immediate action and escalation of my case. If the verification cannot be completed with the current resources or methods, your team should proactively seek alternative means to validate the information provided rather than let applicants suffer through indefinite waiting periods.
Please understand that your inefficiency is not just a minor inconvenience—it is delaying my ability to practice and contribute professionally in the healthcare sector.
If I do not receive a clear and final resolution within the coming days, I will have no choice but to formally escalate this issue to the CDA and other relevant regulatory bodies, as well as consider public channels to share my experience and warn other professionals of these unacceptable practices.

My degree was verified and sent to Dataflow and they still stated that nothing was received for over 18 days, when I contacted them and sent them the response from the university it still took more than two weeks to complete the check
Response from customers care and complaints department is very poor and they take too long to respond and once they do never provide any solution except saying they have contacted the relative team
If you have options choose a different company as they are not reliable

NEVER EVER DEAL WITH DATA FLOW - THIS IS AN ADVISE. This has been a total nightmare. i wish i had read the reviews before starting my application with them. The entire process is absurd and reflects poorly on the standards of professionalism in Dubai. I would strongly advise avoiding working with them - my application is taking more than five months so far :(
