Not professional at all!
I submitted my degree verification application (MOEU250625331783) in June 2025 and paid AED 362.25. My degree is from Linköping University, Sweden — one of Europe's leading research universities.
Linköping University confirmed in writing that they received and responded to 11 separate verification requests from QuadraBay, every time confirming my degree as genuine. The Head of Ladok (the university's degree records system) personally contacted me to say they had answered every request and offered further clarification — an offer QuadraBay never took up.
Despite this, QuadraBay closed my application as "Unable to Verify" — claiming the university never responded. This is factually incorrect and directly contradicted by documented university records.
I then submitted a formal dispute with full evidence: the university's written statement and an official signed degree certificate issued in March 2026. QuadraBay responded three times with the exact same copy-paste template, showing zero engagement with the evidence provided.
When I escalated to senior management, I received the same boilerplate response again.
I have now escalated this to the UAE Ministry of Economy and the Dubai DET Consumer Protection Department.
This is not a verification failure — it is a systemic process failure where the applicant is penalized for QuadraBay's inability to properly handle responses from a cooperating university.
Avoid QuadraBay if you can. And if you are in a similar situation, file a formal complaint with the UAE consumer protection authorities.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Quadra Bay Services in the UAE.
My wife applied for an educational genuineness/verification service in late 2025, and even after several months, there has been no meaningful progress. Every time we follow up, we receive the same response: “It is under process” or “We cannot provide a timeline.”
We have coordinated with the university ourselves and provided updates, yet the team refuses to consider any input and insists they will only proceed their own way. Communication has been extremely poor—calls are not handled properly, and concerns are not taken seriously.
Despite charging a high fee, the service has been extremely slow and unprofessional. This kind of experience can be very discouraging, especially for people working hard in the UAE to build their future.
I strongly advise others to carefully consider before using their services. In my experience, it has been a waste of both time and money.

i have applied for an experience certificate Verification 2 times for the same certificate. Both times, the result is unable to be verified. My previous employer met at the Quderbay Verification Person in the office and gave the required details. Also, replied to the Mail. Even though my verification result is unable to verify. QB is a death-slow system; they take a minimum of 4 months for verification. They take a huge amount both times, for verification. If you can not verify, return the amount

One of the service was missed, responses were super slow. Without resolution the complaint was initially closed. Now reopened and claimed to have refunded for the service. The refund never happened and marked it as closed again...

Disappointed and frustrated
I would like to express my disappointment with Quadrabay’s overall performance, particularly the slow processing times and the poor level of communication throughout the process. My latest experience has been particularly frustrating, largely because of requesting information without attaching the document they need completed, and then not providing a clear method of resubmitting, and continuing to send notices that the application is on hold until the submission is made. There is a lack (absence) of timely updates and the difficulty in getting any meaningful assistance when needed. One of the most troubling aspects has been the lack of responsive customer support. Attempts to make contact through the available channels have been largely unsuccessful. Live chat support has been mechanical and non-intuitive. After requesting to interact with a live agent, there was a 1-hour delay and a required resubmittal of the request. When a company offers a service of this nature, customers reasonably expect efficiency, clear communication, and accessible support. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Qudrabay. Overall, the process has felt disorganized, bureaucratic, slow, and lacking in responsiveness and accountability. I hope Qudrabay takes these concerns seriously and improves both its communication systems and its responsiveness, as these shortcomings significantly affect customer trust and confidence.

Very bad in communication
Very bad in communication. They have made a wrong report and I requested them to review it and they not make it after all they said it is not possible and I said am ready to make any additional charges but. No one respond even call for 100 times no one pick up or return back. Later I do the same with other agency and got my professional report

“I am very disappointed with Quadrabay’s service. Despite submitting my final report months ago and completing all required payments, but not updated status from payment requierd to completed, final report quadrabay team sent me personal mail, but my report has not been updated in the Ministry portal system. I visited mohe,they informed me still my final report not updated in ministry portal, i contact many times quadrabay team ,Their team has not solved my issue,i hope this is a technical syncing issue between quadrabay and MOHE portal. without update in ministry portal not usefull with my final report, I am frustrated with the lack of support and response.
