Systemic failure – no accountability, no resolution

I am a plastic surgeon (Dr. Turab I.), and I am sharing this under my professional identity because I expect a basic level of accountability and competence.
My experience has been consistently frustrating and remains unresolved despite repeated efforts. The issue, related to data flow and service reliability, has persisted over time with no meaningful intervention.
I contacted both the company and the relevant authorities in Dubai, including Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism and Dubai Health Authority. What followed was a continuous cycle of redirection, with responsibility being passed from one entity to another, and no one taking ownership.
At no point was there a clear resolution path, accountability, or effective follow-up.
Even more concerning is the overall service pattern: while unresolved core issues remain pending, there appears to be significantly higher responsiveness when it comes to premium or paid services. This creates a strong impression that standard customer issues are not treated with the same urgency or importance.
As an identifiable customer, fully willing to cooperate, provide documentation, and engage constructively, the complete lack of ownership is difficult to justify.
All communications have been documented, multiple follow-ups have been made, and sufficient time has been given. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved.
At this stage, I cannot recommend this service to others who expect reliability, accountability, and basic operational integrity.
I remain open to direct contact if there is any genuine intention to resolve this matter properly.

Long waiting time , wrong degree title and poor customer service.

I would like to share my experience regarding the degree verification process, which has been extremely disappointing.

The initial verification took around three and a half months, and the final report was issued with an incorrect degree title. Not only was the word “Hons” missing—despite being clearly mentioned on my original degree—but the entire wording of the degree title did not match what is officially stated on my certificate.

My actual degree title is:
“Bachelor of Science (Hons) Allied Health Sciences in Psychological Sciences / Clinical Psychology”

However, the report incorrectly stated:
“Bachelor of Science / Allied Health Sciences / Psychological Sciences”

The use of slashes in the title also looks unusual and unprofessional, and does not reflect the proper format of an academic degree.

Following this, it took an additional two and a half months just to inform me that my qualification does not meet the required criteria. This decision appears to have been made based on the incorrect and mismatched degree title, rather than the accurate one on my original certificate.

Overall, this process has caused significant delays, frustration, and inconvenience. I strongly recommend improving accuracy and efficiency, as such errors can seriously impact applicants.

Poor Communication and Unacceptable Delays

I submitted my application on 5 December 2025 and am still waiting for completion. Communication has been extremely poor - callback requests were not honoured, responses to emails were generic, and I struggled to speak to anyone directly. On one occasion, I was called at 7am from an unexpected Belgian number, which I understandably missed, and it then took 5 days to receive a response after requesting a callback.

I also had to contact a regulatory body myself to obtain clarification that Dataflow required, only to be told the information had to be sent directly to them. All documents have been cleared except one, which has been pending since early January, significantly delaying my ability to start work.

Given that I paid €450 for this service, I am extremely dissatisfied, especially after being informed that my application may now be closed.

CAUTION!! Extremely Unprofessional and Distressing Experience – Avoid for DHA Applications

My very recent 2026 experience with TrueProfile (DataFlow Group) has been one of the most frustrating and distressing professional experiences of my career.

I strongly do not recommend proceeding with them for DHA-related applications. (Dubai TEAM)
They just took the payment, and they will leave you in Desert !

From the outset, my case was wrongly assessed, and information was entered into the DHA process without my explicit confirmation, which is extremely concerning for any regulated healthcare professional. The assessment provided did not reflect my actual qualifications, and repeated attempts to seek clarification were met with delays, vague responses, or no response at all.

The team repeatedly implied that they have direct access to DHA and receive early or privileged updates. In my experience, this claim was misleading and created false confidence in their process. The emails sent to me were of very poor professional standard, lacked clarity, and withheld critical information that I had to repeatedly chase.

There was also a serious lack of transparency:

Full DHA communication history was not shared

Portal access and verification details were not provided clearly

There was no single accountable contact person

Overseas candidates are routed through automated systems with no real escalation path

Most concerning was the poor handling of personal data. Requests related to GDPR compliance, data deletion, and credential protection were not addressed promptly or clearly, which is unacceptable for an organisation handling sensitive professional information.

Despite being a senior healthcare professional, I was not treated with basic professional respect. Communication felt evasive, reactive, and uncoordinated. There is no effective direct contact, and executives are shielded behind generic inboxes and auto-routing.

The individuals I interacted with included (for transparency of experience):

Licensing Team (TrueProfile) - NO help !

Ms. Sunita Shakdher Menon - Lopped into email dont know who? Silent admirer of emails.

Mr. Gangavishan Jangid - suddenly cut off (don't know where he vanished).

This review reflects my personal experience and the documented communication I received.

What should have been a straightforward eligibility assessment turned into a professional nightmare. I would strongly advise healthcare professionals to exercise extreme caution and seek alternative, more transparent routes before engaging with this organisation.

This experience has caused unnecessary stress, delay, and risk to my professional record.

DataFlow Unethical

DataFlow gave me one week to retrieve a certificate, but the certificate requires 4-8 weeks for delivery. I explained the situation, and they closed my case so they can charge me again when I receive the certificate for further verification. I complained to consumer protection. Let's see where this goes.

Horrible service.. Damaging Delays... Zero Accountability!!

A completely unacceptable and frustrating experience.
My career verification (Case O001-251217-A55F3) has been needlessly delayed with zero proactive updates,looong time to get unhelpful reply from poor cusotemr service. no clear timeline. The lack of urgency and accountability is negligent. This bottleneck feels intentional, pushing standard applicants toward Upselling "Premium" Services. Deeply disappointed and angry.

Health Authority that mandated this verification should avoid this horrible service if they value their time.

Don’t Rely on DataFlow Status Updates

I submitted my application on 16/12/2025 and the status stayed as In Progress for weeks. On 01/01/2026, I received a message saying the delay was because the university hadn’t responded.

I contacted the university myself and they confirmed they had already responded. When I called DataFlow, the call agent admitted the response was received and said it was due to a technical issue. At the same time, I received an email from DataFlow customer support again saying the university hadn’t responded. This alone shows how badly the system is managed.

After endless calls and emails, they finally admitted the university response was received and said the application was sent to MOHESR. I contacted MOHESR directly, who asked me to wait five working days. I kept following up and eventually received the final payment link and the equivalency certificate.

Even after getting the equivalency, DataFlow’s system still showed the application as In Progress. When I contacted them again, the only response was the usual: “It is under process.”

- There is no coordination between call agents and email support.

- Phone agents say one thing, email agents say another.
You must personally follow up with the university and MOHESR yourself.

- If you rely only on DataFlow’s status updates, your application may never move unless you push, call repeatedly, and provide proof of your follow-ups.

- Many agents are unhelpful, some are arrogant, and calls are often disconnected without proper resolution.

- No one seems to genuinely know how to check the real status, and misinformation is common.

Very poor experience. I will never use DataFlow again and definitely won’t recommend it to anyone.

Bad experience from true profile.io from dataflow team.I have applied for dataflow verification through Ms.Pubali from dataflow team.Initially they told there will be no additional payment for verification.But after paying the fees they told me that there will be additional cost to process the application.So I choose to back out and they told will refund the whole amount if you don’t want to process.Its been since more than 16days and till now i didn’t get my refund amount. Everyday i am sending mail but they are replying like your fund is safe and soon you will get refund.Raised the issue and created ticket two times on dataflow website but no response and not resolved the issue till the time.Please don’t trust them.Dont pay online.Better to find an agent you cam contact them directly person to person.

I had a very bad experience with…

I had a very bad experience with DataFlow. My report has been delayed with no clear or consistent explanation. Every time my application reaches the final stage, it is sent back again to quality check due to “minor edits,” causing repeated delays.

Despite continuous follow-ups through emails, calls, and even visiting the office, I did not receive proper communication or transparency. My due date was extended, but I eventually ran out of time due to delays completely out of my control.

As a result of this process, I may lose a job opportunity and became jobless. This has caused me significant stress, financial loss, and emotional frustration.

My experience with The DataFlow Group…

My experience with The DataFlow Group has been extremely disappointing.
My verification case has been delayed for an unreasonably long time and has been sent back to Quality Check multiple times without any clear explanation.

Despite repeated follow-ups by email and phone calls, I keep receiving generic responses with no real progress or transparency. This delay is completely beyond my control and is now putting my job opportunity at serious risk.
DataFlow team.
I strongly hope the management reviews such cases seriously and improves customer support and escalation handling.

Horrendous Experience

Lately, their performance has seen serious degradation. Cases now take longer to complete, and the entire process is horrendous. After all uploaded cases have been successfully completed, the entire case reverts back to either verification or quality control, for no apparent reason. Enormously frustrating experience. I think Gulf region will have to look for some other verification service.

This is SCAM

I cannot even begin to describe how terrible my experience with DataFlowGroup was. Their services are an absolute joke, full of lies and delays. My case was mishandled, and no one provides accurate information—every time I called, I got conflicting responses. It feels like they are scamming people and wasting your time. I regret trusting them completely. Avoid at all costs!

I submitted my Degree documents on 20 November 2025, and they promised it would be available by 11 December 2025. That deadline has come and gone, and my report is still not updated. I called their team multiple times, and every single time I was lied to—they keep saying my case is with MOHESR.

I even confirmed directly with MOHESR via email, and they haven’t received my report yet. This is not just incompetence—it’s outright dishonesty and a scam. Trust DataFlowGroup provides zero accountability, no transparency, and only wastes your time.

If you care about your time, money, and sanity, avoid DataFlow Group at all costs. They are the worst, and I have never experienced a service this unprofessional in my life.

I started the process on October 6th, we are December 9th and my application is still pending.

The agents do not tell you the truth. It is impossible to get a hold of them. Every time you have to book appointment days later for a call back and when they call they hang up before you can respond.
