Probably the kindest, friendliest, most efficient customer service that you'll ever experience. Any concerns with the quality or process for creating their products were all addressed with the the clearest reassurance that every product is tested and meets quality standards before being shipped out. Not to mention the those quality standards are pretty high considering how satisfied I was with the flower that I purchased. Their edibles are tasty and effective and their vape carts keep you going throughout the day, they just check all the boxes.
I even had some feedback on what they could improve on with their products and even some suggestions for new products and they were super responsive and accepting of my opinions and reassured me that they would take them into account.
Overall, an amazing MOM that offers amazing deals and honestly if your gunna spend $200 on a bush OZ anyways, just give them a try!

well, all i got to say is thank you crystal cloud 9 ,, the product was well beyong my expectations ,, buds were really has closed to being perfect has you can get and from my personal experience with weeds , i would assume the product is grown in a hydro water system and not in soil ,, it is a nice clean hash when it burns no impurites in the bud so no black hashes ,,, every thing ive tried is beyond what i expected .. the customer service is awesome themisses i dealt with miss bella , she went beyond for me and i must say just from my first experience with internet ordering ,, i did not go wrong dealing with crystal cloud nine ,, godbless and stay high

Hands down the best Cannabis you can ask for. Terps are Preserved very well tastes great, the high is strong and long 👍 - Also they have some seriously cool edibles I got these Shroom Ones!! They’re called Magic Land, literally Milk Chocolate goodness. They also have very respectable customer service, which I think says a lot about any brand or service. Overall, Im going to be trying more products from them soon. 5/5 stars

Awesome customer service!! Highly recommend the edibles , especially the skittles, very tasty! Flower was good, looked beautiful, didn’t mind the taste. Vice pens by far my favourite on the site!
