Had been ordering with these guys for a bit then similar to another review they took payment then emailed saying they'd run out of product. I returned email but no response. Chat with them no response. I even ordered again(without payment) and no response. I'll update if they ever get back to me but it's been over 2 weeks and nothing.

I've made a couple purchases from here, the product is well and good, no complaints there. The real issue is the non existent customer service. If you have any issue all you can do is leave a message with the "chat with us" option in the lower right corner of their screen as there is NEVER anyone there. That said, when I DID have an issue they did SEEM to sort it out, it was either them or canada post not sure who. In the end you will almost assuredly get what you ordered, its always pretty good, I order R-type K and have tried the house brand and the "black label", both the same price, it SEEMS to me that the house K is a little less powerful but you get a lot more, again "seems", I do NOT have a scale. the Black label "seems" to be more powerful but more "dead on" on the scale (i only score once a month, a month is a long time to be able to compare so again, don't take this as gospel please). In any case you owe it to yourself to try it out if there are things on the menu you'd like to try. As long as your patient you'll most likely be fine. One thing I can guarantee is that is isn't a total fly by night scam, they are legit in the sense they can provide what they're advertising. I have used this site numerous times product was always good. The problem is customer service is nonexistent. Recently I ordered some items and finally after waiting they responded that they don’t have items in stock and that I have a store credit now of $146.25. I immediately emailed back letting them know what product I wanted instead. Since then they have ghosted me no response to emails or Chat. As a business it’s important to get new clients. I can’t understand any business not wanting to keep existing clients who have spent thousands of dollars. I have a mental illness and am on a fixed budget it actually hurts my feelings being taken advantage of. This website is most likely a scam, their positive reviews on here all have the ''Invited'' tag attached to them and I've also found that every similar website that sells like 12 different types of MDMA with different colours are always scammers, probably the exact same person every time.
